Pros:

I liked the location, IGA, and laundromat were within walking distance, and staff were helpful.

Cons:

TV in the bedroom and communal lounge room did not work. The pillows were below average, and the mattress felt hard.

Pros:

Location is good, central, Staff really do make this place friendly.

Cons:

It needs air conditioning? Bath is way too deep, no grab rail. Salad with dinner is dismal, need more than lettuce and onion.
