We visited the weekend dinner buffet with my kid and had a great experience. The buffet exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely be visiting again.

Had a great stay here. Dileepa was extremely helpful and kind throughout our visit. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged extra water bottles for us when we were struggling, which was a really thoughtful gesture.
The hotel was perfect according to the price, and Dileepa’s hospitality made the experience even better. His support and willingness to help truly stood out. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

The hotel is at the coastal belt. Infinity pool is ideally located at 27th floor. Enjoy swimming with city panaromic view. Convenient to access all city attaractions. Ambience is superb. Breakfast with wide variety of food. Staff is super courteous especially Mr. Thushara and Mr. Nilantha. Stayed for 3 nights and young children really enjoyed. 10 out of 10.

La vue sur l'océan depuis notre balcon au 20 ème étage était exceptionnelle. La piscine du rooftop incroyable ainsi que le bar propose de bon cocktail.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived.
Tip: If you're paying in cash, exchange your money before arriving at the hotel. Otherwise, you may have to pay by card, as we were asked to settle the full payment during check-in before we even had a chance to exchange our currency.
We had booked a room-only package and decided to order breakfast through In-Villa Dining (IVD). Since there was no breakfast menu in the room, we called to ask what was available. The staff member who answered said someone would come to our room to take our order. After waiting 20 minutes and with no one arriving, we called again and placed our order ourselves after finding the menu on the hotel's website.
The staff member also suggested that we go to the breakfast buffet, saying it was only LKR 5,000 per person. However, as we had booked a room-only package, we preferred to have breakfast in our room. Unfortunately, despite making three follow-up calls, our breakfast was delivered only after 1 hour and 15 minutes. In total, we waited almost two hours for breakfast. Had we known it would take that long, we could have taken a shower, gotten ready, and gone to the buffet instead.
Another major issue was the room's air conditioning. It was not cooling properly, making it very difficult to sleep on the first night. We had to use the ceiling fan instead. The next day, we informed the room attendant and requested that the AC be fixed. When we returned to the room that evening, nothing had changed, so we informed a staff member near reception again. Regrettably, no one came to fix it, and we had to spend the second night sleeping with only the fan.
To make matters worse, early every morning the noise from passing trains and their loud horns could be heard clearly inside the room, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the smoke detector had a bright blinking light throughout the night, making it impossible to keep the room completely dark.
