Well located, worth the hype!
Pros:

The location. The vibe. The infinity pool!
Good property. On the main road right across the train station and the ocean.
The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom is also well designed. Plenty of light. The toilet is automated which was quite an experience!
The bedding and upholstery is clean and spotless.
The best part about this hotel is the rooftop infinity pool! Absolutely enjoyed the sunrise swim with the views of the ocean!!
The breakfast spread is good!

Cons:

The lifts take forever! The check-in and check-out can be slow process on a busy day.

Would we stay again? Not sure, due to smoking in roof bar and pool area (disgusting for nonsmokers)

Comfortable beds and pillows
Nice bathroom with bath
City view
Nice pool (pity about smokers)

Cons:

Very little space to hang clothes and no shelves (had to use window seat)
Smoking permitted in the entire undercover roof bar and outside in pool area (no area for nonsmokers to get away from smokers)

It has good location and lots of attraction near by

Cons:

We encountered terrible issue of lifts not working well and all of them !! , it was such a mess , management must take quick action as i understand that’s the routine issue especially when weather is windy

Cons:

办理入住的时候，12点多到的，还没到入住时间，我们理解。于是第一次排了长队办理提前入住（只是为了托管行李，我们以为登记后就会自动给我们留出房间，因为该验证订单、护照、签名这些手续都走了一遍）。然后晚上再回到酒店，前台需要再次排长队办理入住，整个过程非常冗长，还告知我们两个房间不能被安排到同一层，我们多次请求协调（最后几乎是强硬的态度），先是各种说没有房间了，后来我们几乎是强硬的态度，她们又给我们安排了（我就很好奇，不是说没有了吗？也不涉及到房型变化……），总之体验感非常差。 入住后，有一个房间的枕头是湿的，不是潮，就是湿的。 这些都不算什么了，我们行李寄存在酒店期间，我们还丢失了300美金，一个信封里面装着美金，是我们用来付给包车司机的费用，因为在其他地方都用的信用卡和现金卢比（这些和美金是完全分开放的，所以我们等待入住、托管行李的时候都忘记把美金拿出来了，留在了背包里，后来发现美金信封里只剩下小面值的，三张100的大面值不见了。） 我们整个旅行期间就没有用过美金现金，所以只能是怀疑被偷了。 。酒店前台区域，服务员、入住的游客、咖啡店的外来游客非常多且混乱。提醒大家，也是给自己买个教训，重要物品随身带，我们就是大意了，忘记美金的存在，唉……

The room was very nice and clean. The views from the room were fantastic. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

I wish the pool was heated, but that's a picky critique. I had a great time and was very comfortable.
