Great modern hotel with super comfy lounge for a lobby
Pros:

It’s a good location close to Victoria station, most of the staff super friendly and I like the compact clean modern rooms

Cons:

No kettle in room for tea and while you can get from canteen downstairs 24/7 would love a pot of tea not just a cup

Convenient location for central London. Basic facilities but comfortable. No tea/coffee facilities though.
Pros:

Very comfortable, great view, helpful staff. Very convenient location.

Cons:

Room facilities were very basic; no kettle, not even glasses for water. One of our bath towels wasn’t clean.

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva al citizenM London Victoria. La posizione è davvero eccezionale, perfetta per muoversi facilmente a Londra, sia a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici.

La camera è molto pulita, moderna e funzionale, anche se non particolarmente grande. Il letto è comodissimo e abbiamo dormito benissimo.

Molto apprezzato anche il sistema di check-in e check-out completamente automatizzato: veloce, semplice e davvero smart. Una soluzione che rende l’arrivo e la partenza estremamente pratici.

Nel complesso, un hotel moderno, efficiente e molto ben organizzato. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per la posizione e per chi apprezza una gestione tecnologica e senza inutili perdite di tempo.

Cons:

non c'è niente che non ci sia piaciuto.
se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa, l'unico piccolo inconveniente: la disposizione del letto fa sì che la persona che dorme dal lato della finestra debba praticamente “scavalcare” l’altra per poter scendere dal letto! 😄

Gut gelegen und moderne Zimmer
Pros:

Ideal gelegen und moderne und zweckmässige Einrichtung. Höfliches Personal und sauber.

Cons:

Temperatur im Zimmer oft zu kühl - Lüftung lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Ich bin jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Hotel gewesen, aber sie schaffen es einfach nie eine korrekte Rechnungsanschrift zu verwenden (auch wenn man diese bei Checkin jedesmal erfassen kann - bringt aber nichts, sie fehlt dann trotzdem).

Justo a 5 minutos de la estación de Victoria, en pleno centro de Londres.
Las instalaciones son muy modernas.

Como única pega, yo mido casi 2 metros y tocaba con los pies en la pared al acostarme a dormir.

Good stay, if worried stay there, will go again for sure
Pros:

The location was convenient close to the station of the bus and close to the tube, staff was happy to help all the time and overall was good stay

Cons:

The shower can flud the toilet area with water so it’s not so good
We had a little stain on the towel but they switched it happily no problems over there
