Really enjoyed would stay again
Pros:

I liked the room, the staff were very friendly and the ipad was interesting, Matilda aged 9

The bedsheets and pillowcases had a terrible smell, i developed allergies sleeping on them! And i informed the reception nothing was done.the room is not spacious at all

Breath of fresh air!
Pros:

Loved the location right in Victoria. We were going to Hamilton, it was a two minute walk. The hotel has been beautifully thought out with designer furniture in the reception and lots of different areas to sit in for breakfastor a drink. The bar and staff were top notch, we came back for a drink which was far nicer than any of the brewery run bars nearby. Staff were on hand to help with check in, all friendly and really personable. The room was so cool, all controlled by an IPad. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion and soap all complimentary, saved on the packing for us. I didn't mind the sink in the room. I was sharing with my sister so we were able to get ready together. There was room all round the sink for our toiletries. The shower itself was powerful and needed after a hot day in London, bring a shower cap if you use one. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely choice of fruit, yoghurt, seeds, bread, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, cream cheese, smoked salmon. Nutella, pastries etc, proper barista made coffee and lots of teas, juice and water. WiFi was fast and reliable. I go away a lot and have been in a few run if the mill hotels recently. The CitizenM was a breath of fresh air, so beautiful inside, lots of designer detail, funny touches in the room. Yes the bed was up against a wall but we slept like a log in it. There was clothes hanging space and a big drawer under the bed. The room had a safe, a fridge and complimentary water. Im going to do something I never do and join the hotel group as I'll 100% stay here again.

Cons:

That I was only staying one night. We honestly loved it all.

Cons:

The bed was positioned such that when the room is occupied by a couple, the partner has to crawl over their partner to get into the bed or to exit it.Make the bed smaller, i.e. queen size with a perimeter around it so two people can enter or exit the bed easily.
The door on the bathroom is configured such that it opens only a small amount before it hits the toilet. That can't be right. Make the door swing out, not in. Problem solved.

Cons:

they will not provide any electric items at the room
No Coffee and even drinking water we must go to the grand floor
