Ideal gelegen und moderne und zweckmässige Einrichtung. Höfliches Personal und sauber.

Cons:

Temperatur im Zimmer oft zu kühl - Lüftung lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Ich bin jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Hotel gewesen, aber sie schaffen es einfach nie eine korrekte Rechnungsanschrift zu verwenden (auch wenn man diese bei Checkin jedesmal erfassen kann - bringt aber nichts, sie fehlt dann trotzdem).

Good stay, if worried stay there, will go again for sure

The location was convenient close to the station of the bus and close to the tube, staff was happy to help all the time and overall was good stay

Cons:

The shower can flud the toilet area with water so it’s not so good
We had a little stain on the towel but they switched it happily no problems over there

Hotel bello, camera pulita, personale simpatico(ci ha aiutate il ragazzo italiano). Bella posizione, vicino alla stazione(nelle vicinanze c'erano elementi poco raccomandabili, ma non disturbano assolutamente). Vicino a molte attrazioni. L'unico "difetto" il letto attaccato al muro, costretti, quindi, a scavalcare la persona vicina. Però consiglio questo hotel. Tornerei qui volentieri.

Cleanliness, decoration and functionality, location and good vibes overall

Cons:

All was great besides the fact that there was no iron or facilities to iron yourself (I have been to CitizenM in Paris and they have an ironing room) and the air-conditioning that is not possible to switch off and even at the lowest setting and higher temperature it felt quite cold at times in the room. My friend got a throat irritation thanks to it.
