The rooms are too small and there is no tea, coffee or water in the room. Not even a glass. Come on guys, I know this is your ethos etc but it’s rubbish.

We love the citizen M concept, have stayed in them around the world, and the location was excellent for our city trip

Cons:

Part of the reason we stayed was for the iPad facilities in the room for our teenagers. Ours didn't work at all and staff didn't seem to care in the slightest, even when we gave feedback as we were leaving it was like customer service just didn't matter to them at all.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La literie est très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. L’hôtel est également très calme.
