Velmi pěkné ubytování
Pros:

Parádní bazén a taková oáza klidu. Snídaně dostačující a personál perfektní.

Cons:

Je nebezpečné se pohybovat vecer sám, takze jste odkázáni na ťuk ťuk nebo večeři v resortu. Nejedná se přímo o Sigiriy ale spis okrajovou část.

All in all very nice with a few improvements
Pros:

The location was decent, it was not in the center so you had to take a TukTuk everytime but that was kind off a cool vibe to be a bit outside. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It could be a bit cleaner (towels, sheets etc.) also the tent had a few splits were some insects where able to get in. Breakfast was huge but the coffee wasn’t very strong. Could be stronger!

Cheap standards and need very good trained staff to cater a luxury service

Not impressed as photos. Exterior Not properly maintained. It could be much improved and make the clients impressed.
Interior is ok but some insects like cockroaches noticed
Air conditioning remote control is in a different language and can not understand to operate
Almost all the pool area including furniture are contaminated with bird poops.

We hadden er meer van verwacht
Pros:

De accommodatie heeft een prettige ligging, waardoor je gemakkelijk verschillende leuke plekken kunt bezoeken met uitzicht op de Lion Rock. Ook kun je vanaf hier eenvoudig de Lion of Pidurangala Rock zelf beklimmen.

Het zwembad is erg groot en heeft aan beide kanten fijne ligbedjes. De kamers zijn erg comfortabel, met een groot bed en een fijne, warme douche.

Cons:

Ondanks de sterke punten die ik hierboven benoem, waren er ook een aantal zaken die wij helaas als minder prettig en comfortabel hebben ervaren. Alles is uiteindelijk in goed overleg met de accommodatie opgelost, maar we vinden het wel belangrijk om dit mee te geven aan toekomstige gasten.

Wij verbleven tijdens een periode waarin de accommodatie ook een zeer grote groep ontving. Helaas hebben wij hier behoorlijk veel overlast van ervaren. De eerste nacht hebben we door de zeer harde muziek nauwelijks kunnen slapen. Ook de rest van ons verblijf was de groep erg luidruchtig. Om die reden hebben wij onze boeking uiteindelijk aangepast van drie naar twee nachten.

Daarnaast zouden wij absoluut afraden om hier je kleding te laten wassen. De externe wasservice waar de accommodatie gebruik van maakt, heeft een groot deel van onze kleding erg vies teruggebracht, met allemaal grijze vlekken erin.

Tot slot vonden wij het ontbijt erg eenvoudig en hadden we niet het idee dat niet alles even vers was.

Al met al hebben wij helaas niet de ervaring gehad die de eerdere reviews bij ons hadden gewekt.

Great value and brilliant rooms with comfy bed
Pros:

Nice pool, spacious rooms, very comfy and big! We had family room. Really comfy beds, slept well here and no noise. Good air con silent.

Grounds well kept and staff all helpful.

Nice patio area to sit outside on.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t amazing. Coffee a bit weak. Choice was a bit limited and dining was a bit sterile the size of it.

החדרים הגדולים יותר היו ממש אחלה.
הבריכה חמודה.

הצוות מאוד חביב אבל התפקוד לא בסטנדרט.
הצימחייה לא מתוחזקת.
השולחנות ליד הבריכה לא נקיים.
שמו לנו מספרי חדרים על המזוודות וכמעט שעה זה נשאר בלובי ואף אחד לא טרח להביא חנו לחדרים עד שסחבנו בעצמנו. בחדרים הגדולים אין וילון בחלק העליון כל שנכנס אור מוקדם מאוד בבוקר.
כשהזמנו שתייה ואוכל, היו חסרים דברים בסיסים כמו בננה ומנגו. החדרים הקטנים חנוקים ויש בהם ריח של דבק. בארוחת בוקר הירקות והלחמים לא היו טריים, היו חסרים בסיסים בעמדת חביתה כמו גבינה ובצל. היו נמלים האזור של המיצים. בחדרים מצאנו צפרדע במקלחת ופעם גם יצאה מהפתח בכיור.

Le tende sono confortevoli, hanno tutti i servizi di una Bella camera d'Hotel di livello superiore. La nostra era molto pulita, il bagno stupendo, con una doccia ampia e spaziosa. Insieme agli asciugamani, anche accappatoi e teli per la piscina. Complimentary Coffee & Tea. Lo staff sempre cortese e gentile, sia alla reception e sia al ristorante.

Cons:

stranamente la piscina fredda. Un po di attesa al ristorante, ma in fondo si è in vacanza non bisogna avere fretta...

Hotel tenuto male, non fanno manutenzione, ci sono cose rotte, poca pulizia, se non glielo dici non ti fanno nemmeno la camera.
