Struttura molto bella in mezzo alle risaie ,
Avevamo la villetta con la piscina privata ed era stupenda.

Da rivedere la pulizia della camera , Se non metti sempre il cartello fuori ‘make up room’ loro non passano proprio , nemmeno a fare un check o tirare su il letto , ma per il prezzo che si paga non credo sia corretto , tra la piscina , animaletti vari e tornare da tutto il giorno in giro ,non c’e’ bisogno che ti dica io che la camera va un po’ pulita in ogni caso , anche per dare un po’ di attenzione.
Il ristorante :
Avevamo fatto il pacchetto con la mezza pensione ma ti portano un menu a parte con solo alcuni piatti ,
E ogni sera mancavano diverse cose.
Colazione insomma , poca frutta , solo papaya anguria e banane , una mattina addirittura erano senza succo d’arancia. Pan cake molto buoni, non abbiamo assaggiato altro.
Si mangia in generale comunque bene e al piano superiore c’e’ una bellissima vista.

Room was nice, grounds of the hotel were lovely it doubles up as a rice paddy, pool was nice, fairly central to ubud
We were double booked and had to spend another night i a different hotel, plug sockets didn't work when we arrived, cleaners took our bath towels and we had to ask 3 times to get new ones, food in the restaurant was very basic pub food, asked for a breakfast pack when we went to climb mount batur but never got it
Such a wonderful place for couples and families. I had a pool villa at it was a peaceful delight

Je recommande à 100%, c'est l'hôtel parfait pour profiter d'Ubud tout en étant au calme et loin de la frénésie de la ville. L'hôtel est magnifique et placé au milieu des rizières de Sayan. Pour y accéder , il y a une zone de dépot pour les taxi puis la voiturette de l'hôtel vous escorte à travers les rizières jusqu'à la réception car les chemins sont trop étroits pour les voitures. Les petites balades dans les rizières autour de l'hôtel sont vraiment idylliques et en fin d'après midi les enfants font voler leurs cerfs-volants dans le quartier ce qui rend le paysage encore plus magique. L'hôtel n'est qu'à 10-15 minutes en voiture d'Ubud et propose des navettes aller-retour gratuites jusqu'au centre ville d'Ubud plusieurs fois par jour. La chambre était conforme aux photo du site et très propre, la communication avec l'hôtel était excellente. L'hôtel offre de nombreuses prestations gratuites mais je n'ai malheureusement pas pu en profiter par manque de temps. Ce sera donc pour la prochaine fois.
Compte tenu du cadre de l'hôtel , je dirai que le restaurant est légèrement en dessous des autres prestations proposées mais cela reste correct et dépanne si on ne veut pas sortir . Sinon , il y a des petits restaurants accessibles à 10-15 minutes de marche à proximité de l'hôtel.

Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout. A special mention to Edo, Jati, Rasta, and Ame.
The location is excellent, with many of Ubud’s attractions just a short distance away. The staff also helped us arrange a bike rental, which made exploring the area very convenient. The food options were great as well, adding to the overall experience.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud. 😊
Staff wonderful, breakfast included was delicious and generous, way beyond expectations, even had a DOG face in my latte, superb! Breakfast hours were 7 to 11 so we could take advantage, never made it for the afternoon tea, but added value appreciated. Also the spa was great, but the healing stones experience was off the charts, don’t miss it! Restaurant excellent food at all meals, even Bali entertainment in evening!
When we got to the drop point we wondered, very basic, but the cart to hotel from there back and forth was quick and easy every time, much easier to tell all drivers picking us up for tours and transport to meet right by the restaurant there
Dancers at dinner time were wonderful, but they need to span out to entertain all the guests, not just four tables.

打车只能到一个摆渡点，需要酒店摆渡车接送，但这边比较安静的度假村通常都是这种模式，可以接受。环境比较原生态，会有比较多小动物，比如壁虎之类。

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage inmitten von Reisfeldern. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und nett. Mit dem Taxi oder Scooter ist man schnell in Ubud und kann die Gegend von hier sehr gut erkunden.
Wir hatten die Villa mit 3 Zimmern und Pool und haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Sehr viel Platz und direkter Blick aufs Reisfeld.

Rice fields were harvested when I arrived which was unfortunate cause I came for the views :(
I got the breakfast included deal however breakfast options were limited to a menu and you’re only allowed 1 dish per person. I felt like that deal did not match the price I paid to have breakfast included. Should be all you can eat/buffet to match the price.
Some rooms are really old (still sooooo beautiful) and the floor would creak with every step. Some room maintenance would definitely make the overall experience better.
