Fantastischer Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön und alle sind super nett. Es fehlt an nichts, das Essen ist toll und wird meistens draußen auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Außerdem ist der See toll und die Landschaft, die Umgebung… alles toll ⛰️☀️

Die Lage war natürlich super. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Dadurch Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals, von der Rezeption über die Servicekräfte bis zum Reinigungspersonal . Sehr hundefreundlich. Lage direkt am See. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Das Essen hat größtenteils hervorragend geschmeckt (Der minikleine Rest ist einfach unserem Geschmack geschuldet).

Cons:

In der Küche wird oft sehr laut diskutiert, was wir als Gäste als unangenehm empfanden, da wir direkt nebenan saßen. Fahrradraum gegenüber der Küche. War sehr transparent...

Pros:

Essen war sehr lecker. Lage des Hotels am See sehr schön.
Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.
Schönes Hotel. Einiges muss aber noch verbessert werden.

Cons:

Die Wartezeit zwischen den einzelnen Gängen beim Abendessen war viel zu lange. Den ersten Gang bekam man nach 40 Minuten.
Das Personal war sehr gestresst, obwohl nur ca. 20 Personen anwesend waren.
Betten waren sehr hart.
Leider fuhr der Bus von der Haltestelle aus nur 3x am Tag.
Kennen wir viel besser aus Südtirol.

Warm welcome and a wonderful weekend stay.

Wonderful warm and personal welcome. All the staff were really attentive and considerate throughout our stay, especially towards our little boy. Great food!

Fantastic location, great access to child friendly activities and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Location - both in terms of views and access to the lake, pool center, and great hikes. Staff - friendly, flexible, and ready to accommodate needs. Breakfast - well stocked, diverse, and adapted to different tastes. Pets - great openness for having pets around.

Cons:

Room - lack of air conditioning or window nets to protect against mosquitos whilst taking advantage of the cooler breeze. Some of the facilities are a bit out of date for the four-star rating - e.g. common area carpets, restaurant area.

Very nice location
Pros:

It's a great location, quiet, not crowded. The staff at the restaurant and cleaning were very friendly and helpful. It was clean. The variety of food offered on breakfast was great, very good quality, fresh and tasty.

Cons:

The so-called beach area was very poor, the steps into the water are very narrow and awkward, located so close to the deck that it was difficult to get into the lake.
I didn't like dinners. They weren't well prepared and tasty. Soups tasted like made out of the package. Often, it was a waste of good products that weren't cooked professionally.

Overall it was a great holiday in a great spot.
Pros:

Amazing location and excellent breakfasts. Very friendly staff. Would come back for the location, our room quality and the view from the balcony.

Cons:

Limited parking - can be tough when one comes back in the evening. We opted for half board. Breakfasts were great, but dinners were much less so. A kettle in the room would be a good bonus.
