Idealna lokalizacja, zabytkowe centrum tuż za rogiem, a więc nie ma potrzeby korzystać z jakiegokolwiek transportu, by ruszyć na zwiedzanie. Nawet do wieży Galata szliśmy na pieszo, poznając miasto z nieoczywistej strony.
Pokoje idealne wielkościowo dla osób, które chcą po prostu zwiedzać Stambuł, a nie wylegiwać się całymi dniami. Czysto, schludnie. Ok, mało szafek, ale coś za coś - za pobyt naszej pięcioosobowej rodziny, ze śniadaniem, zapłaciliśmy naprawdę przyzwoite pieniądze.
Śniadanie z widokiem na Bosfor, bez fajerwerków, lecz nie ma co ukrywać - jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do naprawdę luksusowych hoteli z cudownymi bufetami. Tutaj chcieliśmy coś zjeść bez szukania śniadań na mieście.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Its location and lovely rooms

The location is excellent for walking to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Actually we walked as far as the other side of the Galata Bridge from here so "excellent location for walking" depends upon your walking ability/stamina. Plenty of nearby restaurants. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the Smart TV with Netflix app given that NONE of the live channels in the room were English language.
Our room (deluxe double) is EXTREMELY cramped and small - if you are a couple you will be tripping over each other constantly. Inadequate bedding - only a thin blanket that was as big as the mattress footprint itself meant no extra to hang over either side - somebody's legs/feet were always exposed. Breakfast has gone completely downhill to the point of unacceptable. We'd stayed here 4 years ago and the b'fast each morning was the 'Turkish breakfast' which was actually too much (many items went to waste). This visit... now the breakfast is this sorry, sad "buffet" that has way too few items and poor variety - something like a Motel 6 might provide. The b'fast staff did a poor job of restocking even those few choices when an item ran out. The start hour of b'fast (8:00am) is also too late in my opinion. When we arrived our room must have been close to 90F degrees - and our first night we had problems with the AC frequently shutting itself off - including in the middle of the night - with the result that the room never cooled to what I needed and it interfered with our sleep (too hot). The staff should get the AC going in a room hours in advance of a guest's arrival to prevent room being an oven that takes a day+ to get cooled off. The problems with the AC shutting off randomly didn't happen our 2nd night but the mgmt has the thermostat configured so that you cannot lower the temp below 19C which was still too warm for my sleep preferences. While the shower is plenty spacious, the only choice is an overhead (ceiling) rain shower head - no wand or angled wall shower head - which we didn't like. You'd think that a higher-end hotel in the country's biggest/main tourist city would have a TV channel line-up better than what this place offers.

Frühstück: Ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund des vielversprechenden Frühstücks gebucht. Leider entsprach dieses überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder und bisherigen Bewertungen geweckt wurden (weder Avocados, noch anderes Obst, Pancakes, Sucuk oder Menemen). Die auf den Fotos gezeigten Speisen wurden gar nicht angeboten.
Grundsätzlich habe ich überhaupt kein Problem damit, wenn ein Frühstück eher klein ausfällt. Aber wenn das Frühstück insbesondere bei Instagram als außergewöhnlich umfangreich und besonders beworben wird, ärgert man sich, wenn die Realität dann ganz anders aussieht. Wo kommen denn diese Bewertungen und Fotos von anderen GästInnen her? Die Mitarbeiterinnen wirkten zudem genervt.

Breakfast was great. Reception staff fantastic & so were the cleaning staff.
Great location, close to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations and arranging our Bosphorus tour. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed to start the day.

Very good breakfast with variety of local products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location within easy walking distance of major venues and a view of the Blue Mosque from my room.
Overall the location was quiet, however my room overlooked a derelict building which was partially demolished. On my 2nd night an excavator started to clear rubble at 10.30pm, cintinuing until midnight. I took photos and a video to show to reception. The staff were extremely apologetic saying that this had previously happened and been reported to the police, after which it had stopped. They asked for the video to pursue the matter further.
Brilliant location - easy to get around to the key landmarks and loads of restaurants to choose from!

I would say the following. From 2021 when this hotel just opened it was my go to place where I stayed every time I visited Istanbul due to cleanliness of the room, quality of the breakfast (yes they had Turkish breakfasts before), amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste and etc.) personel and location. This year i was very surprised on the arrival as they have either changed their staff or management, but the breakfast is now mediocre, rooms are not as tidy as before as well as amenitiy kit is no longer provided. Was i satisfied with my visit - yes. You probable won't be able to find a better option in this location for the price and staff is very friendlyand helpful.. However for me personally this is not the hotel I am staying next time.
