Beautiful and clean hotel. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good, room was clean and you can’t beat those beautiful beach views! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly! Would absolutely recommend the Hyatt to anyone visiting PCB!
En principio en mi reserva decia con parking privado FREE, libre, y cuando llegue tuve que abonar 25 dolares por dia, porque yo habia hecho mi reserva antes de Noviembre 2025 y ellos a partir de esa fecha lo hicieron PAGO, ahora yo

por un lado lo del estacionamiento que ya comente, el desayuno, lo venden como del hotel y despues dicen ES UNA ATENCION DEL BAR DEL LUGAR,no es malo, pero no 5 estrellas,
We loved everything about this hotel. Location, beach, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The ocean/beach view from our king suite was amazing. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Super close to anything you’d want or need in PCB.

I loved the location, the breakfast, the view, and the shower. The hotel was busy but it never felt crowded. The elevators were a breeze.
PCB traffic was insane. Thankfully this location is nice enough that you don't have to drive after you get here. But it turns into a hike; there are sparse side walks and lots of people biking.
Better than expected , Love this place! We will be back. The view is incredible, close proximity to everything. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
Johanna O came to clean our room during the stay and did an excellent job. The room was very clean. Overall, our room was extremely clean during the whole stay.
My kids loved the pool area. The poolside bar and grill was a great addition for us to have a lazy day relaxing while our kids played.
The easy beach access was a great adddition as well.

Elisabet was very kind to us, and she does a great job; she keeps the workspace clean, and the atmosphere here is harmonious.
