Excellent good value hotel in middle of Dortmund
Pros:

Short walk from station, right in the middle of Dortmund by St Reinold’s church. Very modern with thought given to design of rooms and facilities. Rooms spacious. Breakfast generous and good- on 6th floor.

Gutes Hotel, schöne Dachterrasse und gutes Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Frühstück(auf der Dachterrasse) sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The location is great, right on the central pedestrian street. We used the underground parking (paid and subject to availability), which was extremely convenient—we could easily park and bring our luggage straight up to the hotel. The staff was very polite, helpful, and available 24/7. The room amenities were basic, but completely reasonable for a hotel stay and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again next time we're in Dortmund!

Cons:

We had a lovely stay—no complaints at all!

Pros:

Pokój duży, zlokalizowany w samym centrum gdzie jest ulica handlowa z galeriami i sklepami. Hotel już ma swoje lata, w pokoju panował jakiś nieprzyjemny zapach chyba od detergentów w łazience , w każdym razie nie pachniało . Obsługa w restauracji była bardzo pomocna i miła, Pan dobrze mówił po angielsku. Śniadanie dobre.

Cons:

Hałas w nocy ale to centrum więc młodzi mężczyźni krzyczeli nie po niemiecku chyba po arabsku.

Die Lage

Cons:

Der bei der Hitze benötigte Kühlschrank war defekt.
Wegen Personalmangel war die Bar auf dem Dach geschlossen, leider ohne Hinweis auf der Internetseite.

War zum 2. dort und komme sicher auch ein 3. Mal
Pros:

In der Innenstadt aber es ist sehr leise im Zimmer.
Barrierefreie Parkplätze direkt unter dem Hotel (an der Rezeption nachfragen) aber auch 2 Rollstuhlparkplätze in der Nähe, hinter dem Hotel.
Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ein ReWe ist an der Ecke und es stehen mehrere Gruppen in der Nähe herum - schwierig im Rollstuhl da durch zu fahren.
Sehr viel Kopfsteinpflaster in der Stadt
