Affordable, clean accommodation with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely, gave us a room with a refrigerator for medication which was appreciated! The room was modern, clean and even had electronic blinds. It had a kitchen area, lounge and private bathroom, couldn’t complain!

Für Kurzaufenthalt in Dortmund absolut TOP, da Zentral gelegen nähe U-Bahnstation/Alter Markt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für alle Himmelsrichtungen, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
U-Bahnstation Reinoldikirche in 5min Fussweg zu erreichen.
Zum Alten Markt ebenfalls 5min Fussweg.
Zum Signal Iduna Park (Westfallenhallen) mit der U-Bahn (U46): 15min.
Hauptbahnhof ist mit der U-Bahn ebenfalls auch gut und schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Frühstück mit 19 Euro sehr teuer. Bäckereien in der Umgebung sind günstiger.
Mehr Haken im Bad und Zimmer wären top.
Duschtrennwand nicht gut gelöst. Nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad unter Wasser.

Roof-Top-Bar beim Frühstück, sehr gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für die EBikes.

Cons:

Roof-Top-Bar war abends geschlossen wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft. Man könnte das Bett ruhig etwas verschieben, damit man auch vernünftig in die linke Seite des Bettes kommt.

Zentral und flexibel
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr flexibel; ich konnte ein Frühstück noch stornieren, als es nicht mehr in meinen Zeitplan passte. Als ich ein Sauberkeitsproblem anmerkte, wurde es umgehend behoben. Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Als ich ankam, waren im Bad neben der Toilette viele bräunliche Spritzer an der Wand, die wie Blut aussahen. Ich machte das Personal darauf aufmerksam und das Problem wurde behoben, aber ich hätte mich natürlich gefreut, wenn so etwas direkt bei der Grundreinigung beseitigt worden wäre. Dergleichen ist mir im Basecamp aber noch nie passiert, normalerweise ist alles super.

Pros:

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Basecamp. Die Lage ist top, das Hotel liegt total zentral zur Stadtmitte, ist aber sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war wieder sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wir hatten in unserem DZ nur eine große Bettdecke für zwei. Das war ungewohnt, ging aber sehr gut.
