Even after check out if you want the invoices surely they call can send a message by any means and would be shared accordingly them without fail.

Bathroom not clean, no ventilation in bathroom. Toilet soap is not provided. TV remote was not working, after request many times they fixed.

Blanket is too old..not too clean.
To be honest, I liked nothing. The hotel is in a narrow street with no parking and wrist hospitality. Nobody cares to provide basic amenities such as a bottle of water, toiletries and it doesn't even have the option to get a cup of tea if you are tired from your journey to the hotel.

Not neat and clean
Grand Stay Hotel is located right in the middle of Trichy town, making it very convenient for shopping and finding places to eat. It offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for budget accommodation.
The hotel is a little dated, and the overall décor could use some updating. If I stay here again, I would probably bring my own bedsheets, toilet paper and towels.
One important thing to note is that there is no direct car access to the hotel. From the main road, you need to carry your luggage for around 50 metres, and even to reach the ground floor there are about 10 steps to climb, so it may not be ideal for guests with heavy luggage or mobility difficulties.
There was also very little interaction with the staff during our stay.
Overall, it’s a basic, budget-friendly hotel in a very convenient central location, and the price makes it reasonable for a short stay.
