Pros:

Atención al cliente. Me dieron la habitación antes de mi previsto ya que les comenté que me urgía mucho. Raquel nos atendió genial.

Superb Hotel in Madrid
Pros:

The Akeah hotel was ideal for us and in a great central location. We chose the hotel for the pool facilities and although we only had three nights here we used the pool every day. We did have a slight issue during our stay but was dealt with very professionally by Raquel on reception. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. It was easy to contact them using WhatsApp if I had any questions. Will definitely look to stay at the Akeah again if we were to visit Madrid.

Cons:

There was nothing for us to dislike about the hotel.

Great pod rooms for solo travellers in the heart of the city
Pros:

Great location, hotel was very clean and metro is across the street

Cons:

My only complaint is the shower leaked a bit but I put a towel down and it wasn’t an issue. I didn’t use the pool because it looked very crowded but that’s natural in the peak of summer season.

Todo, hotel nuevo, chico, cerca de la Gran Vía con pileta en la terraza que para el clima caluroso está bárbaro.
La atención del personal excelente.

Atendimento excelente, área da piscina incrível, quarto confortável e bem limpo. Hotel bem localizado, poucos minutos do centro a pé.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut

Cons:

Leider wurde der Pool /Rooftopbar an beiden Tagen für Veranstaltungen genutzt und war nicht zugänglich - sehr ärgerlich wenn dies ein Kriterium der Auswahl war.
