Me encantó!!! Todo superó mis expectativas. La habitación era increíble, el personal muy amable, la comida también increíble. Hicimos actividades del hotel y nos encantó también.

Employees were all very friendly and welcoming.

The treehouse was disappointing. The whole room smelt disgusting like poop everytime we flushed the toilet - even though we were just peeing... The Bathroom is very narrow and small, making me wonder how this can be really cleandes. It also does not have windows, instead it has a insect net instead of a window and wall. This made the room very tropical hot and moist and the noise level higher, so you were able to hear the ocean waves, birds as well as other couples moaning...

Towels and the bathrobe were dirty with stains on them. Also I did not dare to use the linen napkins at the restaurant since they looked worn down.
The cushion on the rooftop is infested with black mold since it’s unprotected and constantly gets rained on. So we didn’t spend much time on the Rooftop even though we initially booked the beachfront treehouse just for that.
The wooden walls of the room were dusty. And the room was missing a seat or something to put your stuff, so instead we had to put everything on the floor...

For this price it almost felt like a scam. It was like overpriced camping. I hate camping. Never had a room that expensive and that filthy. It had more like camping vibes. We tried to tell ourselves that the price is just for the location and beach view to justify spending THAT much on such a disgusting room.

I‘m very bummed that we spend so much money on my birthday trip for this hotel. The overall vibe and activities of the hotel were great but the condition of the room was disappointing. Also we kind of expected to get a small surprise on the morning of my birthday (which has been acknowledged at check-in) - especially since another customer did get a cake at breakfast on the morning of my birthday. But nothing…which was unusual for Mexican culture.

We definitely won’t book a room here again and are seriously surprised on why Michelin chose to feature this hotel regarding the poor quality of the room…

The beachfront location and design of the hotel are beautiful though, if you overlook the quality of the room. The massages were really expensive, but good. But its like double the price of massages in 5 Star hotels in Germany...

Also the employees were the best part of the hotel. And paddle boards and bikes were included. (Although the "chain" of the bike kept jumping out and we had to fix it several times.

We had a lovely time relaxing by the beach, seeing some local wildlife and having a little swim and some yoga. The food was also excellent, and the service was perfect.

I can't believe im about to say this about a place that doesn't sell Coca cola, but what an incredible hotel! I'm dying to go back and stay in the beachfront rooms the nex time.The beach was amazing, the outdoor shower was spectacular, the beds were so comfy, and the food was delicious. I don't have a single complaint, except for the Coke thing which ok, I get the wellness thing and all. The variety of complimentary classes they offer is incredible, I can't wait to go back and try them all. The included breakfast was also toptier with the daily shot. Huge thanks to Dana, Naomi, Dani, Victor, Francisco, Naom with his delicious passion fruit spicy margarita, and Angus and the rest of the team for being so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Staff definitely made our stay even better. Hope to be back soon!

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect – the beautiful atmosphere, the clean and comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of.

Absolutely stunning—this place gets everything right. From the warm and welcoming front desk team to the attentive and genuinely charming hospitality staff, every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere.
The location is ideal, tucked slightly away from the busier centre, offering a peaceful, sheltered feel while still being perfectly positioned. The beach is beautiful, and watching pelicans glide low over the water adds something really special to the experience.
The atmosphere throughout is relaxed and inviting, and the rooms are exceptional. We stayed in one of the tents with an outdoor bathroom, which made the whole stay feel unique and memorable. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great value for the quality.
It is wonderfully quiet overall—apart from the occasional nighttime visit from a curious raccoon climbing around the tents and treehouses, which honestly just added to the charm.
There is plenty to enjoy on-site too, including a yoga tent and a spa, making it easy to fully unwind. A truly delightful stay from start to finish.

Nomade lives up to the hype, it really does. It sits on the quiet western tip of the island, pretty far from the main city, which gives it a feeling of seclusion you rarely find these days. The design is the star, boho meets mediterranean meets mexican, all natural textures and warm lighting. The beach is honestly one of the best we’ve been to, daybeds right in the sand and a pool steps from the ocean. Sunsets from the property were amazing.

Rooms are beautiful and very private, staff are warm and relaxed, always happy to help with bookings or tours without being pushy. Breakfast is straight forward but very good, and the restaurant was great. A highlight of our trip for sure.
