Historisch toll eingerichtetes Gebäude mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Es ist ein einmalig schönes, kleines luxuriöses Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude in mitten der Altstadt, wo man sich einfach nur wohl fühlt. Das Personal gibt sein Bestes und die Betten waren traumhaft. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir kommen aber definitiv wieder.

Ein großes Lob geht an Anna: sie hat uns sehr herzlich mit einer Mega Freundlichkeit empfangen und viel über das Hotel erzählt. Später am Abend hat sie einen super Job gemacht, in dem sie Empfang und die Bar gleichzeitig geschmissen hat. Und das obwohl ziemlich viele Gäste zeitgleich etwas von ihr wollten. Vielen Dank an Anna für den großen Einsatz. Du hast uns einen unvergesslichen schönen Abend geschenkt . So kommt man als Gast gerne zurück.

Gut hervorzuheben ist auch: dass die Parkgebühren vom Hotel übernommen werden.

Die folgenden Punkte möchten wir gerne weitergeben, damit sie optimiert werden können. Sie haben nicht zum Punktabzug geführt - im Gegenteil, das Hotel glänzt nicht nur durch seine Ausstattung, Lage und Historie, sondern auch durch sein Personal

Hinweis , der uns vor der Anreise fehlte und Zeit gekostet hat: bevor man ins Parkhaus fährt, im Hotel die Parkkarte abholen, mit der Mandant ins Parkhaus kommt und die man am Ende wieder im Hotel abgibt.

Bitte nehmt diesen Hinweis in eurer vorab Kommunikation auf.

Richtung Hotel-Management: das Personal ist fantastisch, aber wenn nur einer im Frühstücksservice ist und 10 Gäste gleichzeitig kommen oder jemand die Rezeption und die Bar gleichzeitig machen muss, ist das eine nichts machbare Aufgabe. Das Personal hat es super gemeistert, megafreundlich und sehr professionell. Aber sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Barabend haben wir etwas mehr Zeit benötigt als geplant.
