Très bel établissement. Le gérant est vraiment très serviable. Accueil très chaleureux. Superbe chambre, claire, avec terrasse donnant sur une belle piscine. Tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est superbe, bons produits frais et faits maison.

El trato del personal, simpático en todo momento y atento con los huéspedes. La ubicación del hotel es de 10, cerca de las playas principales y de la zona de restaurantes y tiendas pero, en una calle suficientemente tranquila que por la noche no hay ruido y se duerme genial. Dispone de parking propio, lo que se agradece por la complejidad de aparcar en ksamil. La piscina perfecta, abierta incluso por la noche y super tranquila, el hotel no es muy grande y el tamaño de la piscina creo que es adecuado, además, durante nuestra estancia la gente era calmada por lo que estuvimos muy tranquilos allí. El desayuno aceptable y tiene cosas caseras como el yogurt. En general la habitación cómoda, con balcón y tenderete.

The room was clean, we had a beautiful pool view. There is also a parking area under the hotel, that’s very comfortable.

Good hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamers zijn zeer comfortabel en schoon. De ligging is perfect in het centrum met een fijn zwembad waar je heerlijk kan uitrusten in stilte. De host is ontzettend vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader als je in Ksamil verblijft!

La proximité avec les plages, le calme malgré les musiques en ville, la vue sur la piscine. L’accueil à notre arrivée ainsi que le lendemain matin du patron, qui fut très chaleureux, très gentil et très souriant.

Do quarto, cómodo e funcional e da localização, perto da praia mas suficientemente longe da confusão dos bares de Ksamil. Empregados simpáticos e disponíveis.
Muito útil também o estacionamento. Fundamental mesmo em zona de praia.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very new, and it shows in every detail. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well maintained, reflecting the care and attention put into the property.

The pool is fantastic, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated that guests are allowed to use the pool later in the evening, as long as they are respectful and do not disturb others.

The location is excellent. The hotel is situated on a street connecting two of the city’s main areas, just a few seconds’ walk from numerous restaurants and bars. Despite being so central, the rooms are remarkably quiet, and we could not hear any outside noise. The main beach clubs are only about a 7-minute walk away, with easy and convenient access for people of all ages.

A special mention goes to the gentleman at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. While we were often disappointed by the service we experienced in many bars and restaurants in Albania, where staff frequently seemed impatient or unfriendly, this hotel was a refreshing exception. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for.

Finally, the breakfast was excellent—served on the rooftop with a beautiful atmosphere, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

Bien todo. Piscina pequeña pero suficiente. Habitación no muy grande pero con todo lo necesario. Nos costó encontrarlo pero está muy bien situado, a 5-10 minutos de la playa pública pero a través de la zona de bares, restaurantes.

Das freundliche Personal was immer vor Ort war und einem weiterhelfen konnte. Außerdem die gute Lage mit schnellen Wegen zum Strand und in die Stadt.
