Perfect family stay near ancient Troy, with an outstanding team.
Pros:

This was our very first trip to Turkey. We drove over from Greece with my pregnant wife and our little daughter, eager to visit the ancient city of Troy. Choosing the DoubleTree turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made our entire stay relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Galip and Mr. Gökay, and to the whole team with them. They are a young, professional, and wonderfully warm group, and it showed everywhere we turned, from the welcome at reception to the breakfast each morning. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful.

They made traveling with a young family feel effortless, and we left already looking forward to our next visit. We will absolutely be back.

Super, schoon, comfortabel, vriendelijk, locatie.
Pros:

Zeer goede comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor als je het historische schiereiland wilt bezoeken. Alles is schoon, vriendelijk personeel (we kregen connecting rooms!), goed zwembad om nog even te relaxen. Het ligt direct aan zee, wat leuk is om ‘s avonds nog even te wandelen. Ook een heel grote speeltuin voor de deur (achterkant). Met de taxi ben je voor een paar euro in het historische centrum. Pluspunt: We werden verwelkomt met een heerlijk warm koekje!

Cons:

Als je dan toch écht wil zeuren om het zeuren, dan was een klein balkon wel leuk geweest.

чисто, хороший интерьер, дизайн, мебель новая, рядом огромная детская площадка, номер довольно просторный

Cons:

1. мы оплатили номер и после этого нам сказали, что будет свадьба и бассейн будет закрыт (надо предупреждать до оплаты)
2. в связи со свадьбой ужин был не шведский стол, а то что предоставили : салат из овощей, грибной суп, тефтельки с рисом и картошкой, тирамису, сок, вода, чай
3. данная еда была безвкусной, мы практически ничего не съели
4. ребенку 5 лет салат не полагался, его не принесли
5. номер был на 3 этаже, но окно выходило на ту сторону, где бассейн, там была свадьба, и до 01.00 ночи шумела музыка (танцевальная, ударная)
6. на просьбу сменить номер с выходом окна на другую сторону отель отказал, сказав, что все номера были заняты
7. пришли на завтрак, людей 0, сделали вывод, что номера свободные все-таки были и отельный менеджер нас обманул
8. завтрак был очень скудный, нет каш, хлопьев, только 1 вид яиц, не было сосисок и колбас, ребенку есть было нечего
9. матрас настолько жёсткий, что у меня весь следующий день болела спина
10. при заселении нам не предложили помочь с чемоданами и не показали место парковки, сказали ищите сами
11. была бронь на обратный путь. этот же отель, но я ее отменил, потому что второй раз не захотел селиться

Very comfortable stay in a modern hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious - a wide variety was offered. We also liked the wide walkway behind the hotel on the water for strolling and going to restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Hotel was modern and clean and close to bus station.

Cons:

No guest laundry - we are travelling for a month and cannot afford the hotel laundry!
