Disappointment with closed pool and not able to relax there
Pros:

Very close to everything and quiet

Cons:

I booked our stay there because a pool on the roof was advertised but the pool was closed and looked like it was closed for a long time

Ubicacion, limpieza, trato del personal. Apartamento precioso, muy nuevo. Y con servicios de hotel. Garage accesible. Azotea vistas espectaculares y piscina. Cama muy comoda. Buenas almohadas. Y cafetera capsulas. Muy acorde a su categoria . Para repetir.

El sofá cama fatal !!!
Pros:

Todo! Limpieza, servicio y sobretodo ubicación. La habitación y baño preciosos y con todo detalle.

Cons:

Éramos 3 y una persona durmió en el sofá cama que era horroroso. No me parece justo pagar para dormir tan mal. La otra cama muy bien.

Modern, spacious, clean and in a great location.
Pros:

Modern and clean, nice original features in the room which was super spacious- the bathroom was too and had two sinks which we loved.
The location was great

Cons:

The pool looked great but it was closed whilst we were there which was a real shame as it was a big reason why we booked it

The location was good - in the Centro - so easy to get to most places.
The apartment was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

When we booked the apartment, the confirmation showed a photo which we assumed was our apartment. When we checked in, we were given an apartment on the top floor which only had Velux windows. Consequently, we had no view except for the sky! We were unable to open these windows for security reasons and so the apartment was hot and stuffy and the aircon was not working on the first night. The other thing we think should be addressed is that there is no bathroom door. Although you can close both the bedroom door and the lounge area door, it's not quite the same as having privacy in the bathroom.

la ubicación es excelente, el apartamento muy espacioso y bonito y super bien acomodado. Nos gustó tanto la zona y el apartamento que decidimos quedarnos un dia mas, eso si, al reservar el segundo dia nos dimos cuenta que por la web es mucho más económico que por booking.

Cons:

no me gustó que al pedir jabón para lavar los platos (que por un descuido no lo habian dejado), me dijeron que SI estaba el jabón en el cajón, haciendo un poco como que yo mentía. Esa actitud no me agradó porque es un apartamento muy pequeño, sé seguro que no estaba allí, y no era necesario decirlo asi. Simplemente con un: "ai, ha sido un descuido ahora lo ponemos!" era suficiente.
