Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet, too. Locations was great! We walked to Dotonbori and enjoyed the many shops nearby and at Kuromon Market. (watch out for sea anemone price gouging! we were lulled into thinking that buying it from a street vendor would somehow be cheaper than a restaurant--nope! $150 is the going rate for a single one!)

Cons:

Nothing. All was as expected and hoped.
