The biggest disappointment was its cleanliness. There were dusty parts of the room, toilet paper shoved in the door stopper, and our rooms weren't made up for our second night there.

In a town of $40 pizza it’s essentially the only affordable place

We enjoyed the night we booked with Booking.com we actually stayed an additional night.
Pros:

It was clean, new, and well-maintained. We felt the hot breakfast had a very nice variety, and even included a hot vegetable.

Cons:

The only thing, personally, was it was out of town. You had to drive back through town if you wanted to go to the Arches National Park.
