We had an excellent experience at this resort.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay, the room was clean, the beds so comfortable, and featured an absolutely stunning view. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Stairs aren’t our friends, toward the fourth day of our stay, we got tired when we climbed up the stairs

Memorable & comfortable stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is very unique, with private villas on the hill. Villa was clean, up to date facilities, comfy for our family of 5. Staffs were very nice and helpful. They thoughtfully provided warmers for evenings too. We had a very pleasant stay there.

Cons:

The terrains wouldn’t be easy for elderlies.

Pros:

Tira Vilagna ist ein wirklich einzigartiges Hotel mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre, die zum entspannen einlädt. Das Konzept ist dabei bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage mitten im Pinienwald und das Frühstück. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich.

Mountain getaway
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere within the resort. Great massage and relaxing time in the hot pool at the spa. Very cool atmosphere with the resort perched on the side of the hill. Staff were very attentive. 3

Cons:

People on the floor above could be heard, guess they were going to do the Mount Batur sunrise with 3am start. Also a few dogs barking in the area.

Prachtige locatie die je niet verwacht!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie en bijzonder dat zoveel is uitgevoerd in mooi hout en hout snijwerk. Je hoort en ziet de natuur om je heen en kunt er heerlijk tot rust komen.

Cons:

Door de ligging in de bergen is het wat koeler en door door wordt het wat vochtig in de avond.

Gehorige villa's
Pros:

Prachtige ligging en uitzicht. De minibar en de inrichting. Ook de laundryservice was geweldig.

Cons:

Sommige villa's bestaan uit twee verdiepingen. De houten vloeren maken het zeer gehorig. De gehele dag tot 3 uur 's nachts hadden wij overlast van bonkende bovenburen. De vele trappen zijn voor ons als senioren te zwaar. We hebben ruim op tijd geboekt om iets dichter bij de loby te plannen. Zeer vochtige ruimtes.

Un havre de paix avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le cadre est absolument magnifique, les chambres sont confortables et le personnel adorable et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Le spa est très agréable, comme il fait frais, ca fait du bien de profiter du Sento 🙏🏻

Cons:

La connexion wifi (mais ca fait du bien de couper un peu avec internet)

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mitten in der Natur. Der Aufenthalt war unglaublich entspannend, man kann hier wunderbar Abschalten. Frühstück, Abendessen und das Spa waren ebenfalls perfekt. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Mooi uitzicht, maar veel herrie van de buren.
Pros:

Ontbijt was redelijk. Mooi uitzicht en zorgzaam personeel. Laundry service was grandioos.

Cons:

Veel geluidsoverlast van de bovenburen. Houten vloeren, bovenburen die de gehele dag tot 3 uur 's nachts bonken, lopen en schuiven heeft ons verblijf verpest. De villa's zijn zeer vochtig en de trappen naar de villa's zijn zeer onveilig.

Gorgeous property tucked away in pine forest.
Pros:

Beautiful architecture and rooms, spacious rooms, lovely wrap around veranda, unique layout of the overall property, helpful staff, very quiet.

Cons:

Room was musty, not very good air flow. When we hung clothes to dry indoors (and out)- didn’t dry very well.
