It's a beautiful building for sure, with tidy, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa has everything to keep you occupied for a couple of hours, including a sauna and steam room, and massage options. Complementary water in the room, spa and gym, very much appreciated! The breakfast on the top floor is plenty, with some nice views towards the city centre.
The following is just nitpicking, but they did strike a nerve because they are also design choices. These are therefore remarks for management, not for other (potential) guests. The shower floor towel doesn't work well with the shower door (instead of sliding over, the door pushes the towel away, into the corner _behind the door_). The spa changing rooms are simply too small for the number of people you're accommodating (body parts touching while dressing is kinda weird, and there were only three of us). Apparently, some rooms can be darkened completely (mine), while others can't (my friend's), which is weird.

Отель помоему сдает свой бассейн там были детки и тренер , но это нам не помешало .
Все было отлично, все фото соответствуют действительности, чисто и уютно.
Все было отлично, чисто, вкусно пахнет везде, кровать удобная. Расположение чудесное. Рядом очень много кафе и ресторанов. До центра ехать мин 10-15. Такси недорогое. У нас был номер с террасой, но так как целыми днями лил дождь, мы не смогли ею воспользоваться. На что персонал на один день повысил уровень номера до люкса в виде извинений. Было очень приятно.

Ребята, срочно ставьте скоростной вай-фай. Мы живем в 21 веке. Многие люди очень нуждаются в хорошем интернете по работе. В отеле он работал откровенно плохо (медленно и не грузил - и free и client)
The facilities at hotel are excellent. The room was spacious, High quality mattress, bedding and towels. The hotel has nice large lobby with a bar and cafe and also a restaurant. The food and service at the restaurant was amazing. The staff at reception drove very good English and were very helpful. They have free luggage storage facility. They even let me check out early for free. Thank you making my stay in Tashkent a a pleasant experience. ❤️

Пришли гости, и ребята заставили наших гостей зарегистрироваться и вели себя агрессивно
Reception молодцы,очень грамотные вежливые.
Я как только приехал впервую очередь до заселения пошел осматривать номер, номер маленький, но самое ужасное было то , что я увидел в ванной, огромное джакузи вместо душа. Я отменил бронь и сбежал оттуда, так как эту стоимость я поселился в Crowne Plaza.

5/16 下午2点check in, 4点有女员工来刷我房门，而门口我备注的是do not distrub. 我追出去看，她慌忙走开了，她根本不是清洁人员，没有带任何清洁设备。
回国后发现在乌兹别克出差期间丢失东西，想让酒店提供视频看下是否有人趁我们不在时进入我们房间，到现在酒店都没提供。

Добираться до центра города оказалось немного дольше, чем мы ожидали.
