Indulge in some 16th century luxury royal living !
Pros:

What a beautiful apartment. Very clever and stylish use of the space, tastefully yet playfully reinventing a bit of Henry the 8th extravagance for the 21st century traveler! Lovely old building converted into a lush suite with great bed, fitted me and my two little boys for pizza and movie night. Nice terrace area too.

Lovely rooms. Nice living quarters. Bathrooms was nice with both bath and shower facilities. And robes supplied.

Excellent stay in a lovely apartment in centre of Maldon
Pros:

The Henry Suite is a lovely quaint appartment with lounge area, four poster bed and walk-in shower and free standing cast iron bath. Great location.

Cons:

Check-in could have been better. I didn't know the name of my apartment and nothing was indicated on the booking confirmation. Staycation Office was closed when I arrived at 5.20 pm. But a friendly man showed us where the Staycation appts were located and looking at the photos of our booking we deduced it was the Henry Suite.

Only annoying thing was the church bells ringing every hour right through the night (even though we were made aware of this) can’t be helped 🤷🏻‍♂️
