Our stay at Meretto Hotel Laleli left my mother and me with the most wonderful impressions! The hotel is fantastic: perfect cleanliness everywhere, rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh, and very cozy. I also want to highlight the magnificent breakfasts — everything is incredibly delicious, diverse, and made with great care. For the cleanliness and home-like comfort, we extend our huge thanks and admiration to the beautiful Shabnam; her dedication to order makes the stay as comfortable as possible.

However, the greatest treasure of this place is its amazing team. Khurshet bey is the true beating heart of the hotel and the gold standard of exceptional service. From the very first second of our arrival, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible care that touched our hearts deeply.
Khurshet bey is not just a hospitality professional; he is an amazingly deep, brilliant, and highly intellectual individual with flawless manners and a fascinating mind. Every conversation with him was an absolute privilege. His beautiful, kind smile and profound generosity instantly make you feel like family. The staff it was great

Удобное расположение. В номере практически все есть. Шумно правда на улице по вечерам, но думаю, что в сезон кругом шумно.

Завтраки, чистота, обслуживание. Все на высшем уровне.
Постель, полотенце, все все было отлично, завтраки были однотипными но вкусными и нужными, аппарат кофе стоит на получше заменить конечно.
Благодарю Хуршида. Говорит по русский, может подсказать.
Мы были два дня с супругой. Привет из Казахстана г. Актобе.

Good location, clean room

This is a great, smaller hotel. It has everything you need; clean, comfortable rooms, close to many of the main attractions in Istanbul along with a great breakfast selection every morning from the top floor which offers a beautiful view. A great start to the day.
I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff. They are very service oriented and go out of their way to do whatever they can to make your stay a pleasant one. They are the best!

I loved the location it’s great walking distance for if you are a true tourist and want to go through the markets before the hit the main attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia …right near alot of restaurants as well

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the welcoming staff, delicious included breakfast, and the daily housekeeping that kept our room fresh and comfortable with clean towels each day. The great location made the experience even better.

Közel volt a tömegközlekedéshez, hamar elérhetőek voltak a legnépszerűbb látnivalók.

Le personnels étaient très gentils et respectueux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien. Le petit déjeuné varié tous les jours.

Foi tudo impecável.
Fomos muito bem recebidos, todos muito simpáticos, sempre disponíveis a ajudar em tudo o que fosse preciso.
O quarto era espaçoso, com espaço para guardar as roupas e as malas, com cofre para pertences mais pequenos valiosos.
O chuveiro também era muito bom, com gel de banho e champô à descrição. Toalhas sempre limpas e muito cheirosas.
Todos os dias tinha-nos água café e chá grátis.
O pequeno almoço também era muito bom, com variedade para todos os gostos.
Apesar da ausência de persianas nas janelas, as cortinas isolavam bem a luz, não tivemos problemas.
O isolamento do som também era muito bom, tínhamos um bar por baixo, na rua, mas com a janela fechada o som era muito abafado, zero problemas para dormir.
A localização era boa, numa zona que nos sentimos seguros, movimentada. Estávamos apenas a uns 3 minutos a pé do metro de Aksaray, onde podíamos carregar o Istambulkart também.
E podíamos caminhar a pé para vários pontos turísticos.
