Прекрасный отель, рекомендую! Расположение просто отличное — в шаговой доступности и метро, и трамвайная остановка, удобно добираться в любую точку города.

Номер уютный, чистый, кровать очень комфортная — выспалась отлично после насыщенного дня. Персонал отеля порадовал особенно: внимательные, отзывчивые, говорят на нескольких языках, что сильно упрощает общение и создаёт ощущение заботы.

Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки — шведский стол с большим разнообразием блюд, всё свежее и вкусное, есть из чего выбрать на любой вкус. Приятно начинать день с такого завтрака перед прогулками по городу и еще с панорамными видами с 7 этажа.

Атмосфера в отеле тёплая и гостеприимная — чувствуешь себя как дома, а не просто как случайный постоялец. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова при следующей поездке!

Pese a todo muy a gusto.
Pros:

Los trabajadores del hotel, tanto en el restaurante, como en recepción y el personal de limpieza de habitaciones, la ubicación cerca de tranvía, metro y autobús.

Cons:

Pues para mi gusto la habitación es muy pequeña y no tienes muchos sitios donde colgar la ropa en el armario la maleta tienes que dejarla enfrente de la cama porque no hay otro sitio y para ir a la ventana por lo menos en mi caso tenía que tener cuidado para no pegarme con la cómoda, pero bueno es la tercera vez que vengo y al final pues me acostumbro, a lo que no llegó a acostumbrarme es al desayuno es muy poco variado, siempre lo mismo y encima como de verdura no me gusta nada pues desayuno huevo revueltos que me gustan mucho, patatas fritas cuando hay y mantequilla untada en pan, más zumo y para mí chocolate.

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le service est excellent, le personnel est très à l’écoute, disponible et toujours prêt à aider.

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Gros avantage également pour l’emplacement : l’hôtel est à seulement 1 minute à pied de la station de tram, et très proche des bus et du métro. Il est donc très facile de se déplacer et de visiter Istanbul sans aucun problème.

Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Great value accommodation. It has everything we need: a good shower, a comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness. A special thanks to the staff there—they are really nice people. Istanbul is amazing.

Friendly staff, outstanding hospitality and a great location for exploring Istanbul.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. From the reception staff to everyone else at the hotel, they were all absolutely charming. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient for getting around and exploring Istanbul. I truly loved the hospitality and the warm atmosphere created by the entire hotel staff.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, this has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Соотношение цена-качество, скидки при продлении срока проживания, удобное расположение отеля, чистота в номерах, вкусные завтраки. Отдельная благодарность Хуршиду, работнику на рецепшене отеля, за вежливое и внимательное отношение к каждому гостю, начиная с первой встречи у крыльца, ежедневные: приветствия, запросы и удовлетворение пожеланий, тёплые добрые пожелания по окончании проживания.
