Отель неплохой, и хочется верить, что он будет развиваться и становиться лучше!
Pros:

Хочу начать с хорошего — здесь замечательный и очень дружелюбный персонал. Ребята настоящие молодцы: на любую просьбу реагировали мгновенно. Без проблем дали дополнительную подушку, нашли переходник для вилки, принесли вешалки. Плюс у отеля отличная транспортная доступность — рядом куча остановок, проблем с передвижением по городу нет.

Cons:

Минусы (к сожалению, их больше):
Самый большой минус — за 5 дней нам ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. При этом на сайте отель выглядит очень презентабельно: на фото в номере стояли наборы с зубной пастой, гелями и кондиционерами. В реальности — только шампунь, гель и мыло. Тапочки вообще не предусмотрены, но можно было купить. Питьевой воды в номере нет — либо покупай, либо набирай на завтраке.

Говоря о завтраках: они довольно однообразные. В принципе, перекусить можно, что-то найти всегда реально. Но если приходишь под конец завтрака — рискуешь уйти голодным, потому что еда просто заканчивается, а новую не выносят.

Обстановка и атмосфера:
Номера уже «уставшие», не самые свежие. Вечером вокруг отеля ходить как-то страшновато (магазины закрываются), в один день освещение на улице вообще не работало.

Qualche miglioramento nella struttura è necessario.
Pros:

Ottima posizione.

Cons:

L’impianto di climatizzazione nella stanza non era funzionante.
Mini bar della stanza vuoto e frigo non funzionante.
La struttura non corrisponde sicuramente alle 4 stelle dichiarate su Booking.

Номер выглядел современно, завтрак был нормальный, персонал хороший,

Cons:

Пол был грязный. Постельное, кровать, полотенца немного с пятнами. Расположение не очень, вечером становится небезопасно там ходить

Pros:

El hotel fue genial, muy moderno y las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario. El desayuno es completo y con variedad de distintos tipos de desayuno. El personal muy simpático, atento y amable. Gracias!

Cons:

El barrio donde se ubica el hotel parece abandonado y oscuro, sin embargo es muy seguro y además ya lo sabíamos antes de reservar. Si que es cierto que los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado se escuchan bastante

Μόνο η καθαριότητα

Cons:

ΗΤΑΝ αρκετά μικρό δωμάτιο το οποίο θεωρείται μονόκλινο και το δίνουν για δίκλινο και πρώτη μου έτυχε δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου χωρίς παράθυρο. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ λίγο και δεν είχε καθόλου νερό για τους πελάτες.
