Sehr angenehmes Hotel, super zentral gelegen
Pros:

Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung, Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof, sehr nettes Personal.
Rituals-Produkte, Wasserkocher für Tee sowie Kaffeemaschine auf den Zimmer.
Alles perfekt.

Fazit: Alles auf schnell/schnell/scheinheilig nachhaltig. Viel Geld für sehr wenig Leistung

Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich.
Abendessen (Kostenpflichtig) auch.
Mehr gibt es nicht.

Cons:

Einem 4 Stern Hotel nicht angemessen.
* gespielte Freundlichkeit und gespieltes Empfinden vom Personal - das Gefühl, dass der Mensch egal ist, wird schnell bestätigt
* Zimmerreinigung nur alle 2 Tage - da dies nachhaltig sein sollte - und hier erst ab 12 Uhr - das ist ähnlich zu einer Jugendherberge. Die Sauberkeit leidet massiv darunter.
* Das Hotel hat keine Kofferwaage zum Kontrollieren des Gepäckstückes (wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angreist)
* Es gab kein Kuschelplaid (wenngleich auch nur zum Ausleihen bei der Rezeption) für das Sofa
* Keine weiteren Kosmetik-Assecoires (Wattestäbchen, Wattepads, keine Zahnpasten - der übliche kleine SchnickSchnack in einem 4Stern Hotel)
* Es gab auf Aufforderung keine rutschfeste Matte in der Dusche (wäre für meine Mutter (83 Jahre alt) eine gute Wahl gewesen)
Fazit: Alles auf schnell/schnell/scheinheilig nachhaltig. Viel Geld für sehr wenig Leistung

Sehr gute Lage, Auto konnte in der gegenüberliegenden Parkgarage geparkt werden, und wurde über die Rezeption verrechnet.

Fijn hotel in prachtige stad
Pros:

Mooi hotel, fijne bedden, goede kamer, heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Super ontbijtbuffet. Op loopafstand van het oude stadscentrum. De kamer was vrijwel geluiddicht voor geluid van buiten. Vriendelijk personeel.
Parkeerplaats direct naast het hotel (goedkoper in die tegenover de ingang, niet de Engelenschanze).

Cons:

Niet geluiddicht voor geluid van vervelende felle lamp rond de spiegel in de badkamer (die niet uit kon) en wel erg warm.

Viel tegen voor een viersterren hotel.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Ontvangst bij de receptie was onduidelijk en onpersoonlijk.
Het restaurant heeft zeer matige keus en de bediening was traag en onpersoonlijk.
