Excellent location. Clean, modern. Needs a tourist map and more menu changes at breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location - easy to walk to places, events. Pleasant staff, except one upon my arrival. Reasonable breakfast. Nice pool. Very clean. Nice, modern feel throughout.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there was no tourist map or business card. The staff member was dismissive of this request. I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast menu did not change.

Frokosten kunne vært bedre med mer grønnsaker.

Pent rom og god seng.

Cons:

Det ble reservert 100 AUD i depositum da vi ankom. Da vi reiste fikk vi beskjed om at det tar 5-7 dager å få tilbake pengene. Det finner jeg veldig urimelig. De pengene burde vært frigtt samme dag vi sjekker ut. Tviler på jeg får rentene av det beløpet, så det er snik-inntekt som går til kjeden.

Pros:

Roof top Pool was great and surprised it was heated .

Cons:

Check in was 3pm
We were there at 3.02pm and they said car park was full, had to pay $16 elsewhere off site.
Check in and out process needs to be quicker by staff.

Great for Business Travellers
Pros:

Clearly new and clean

Cons:

Bit like a plane where they cram as many seats in as possible - rooms were functional but everything squeezed in tight. Fridge in room was stupidly small. Ok fur overnight business travellers but not extended stays and not for families.

A great stopover near the airport
Pros:

We often stay in IHG Hotels but this one exceeded our expectations. Modern, light and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Our regular stay in Maroochydore. Great location as not far from river or beach. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and sunshine plaza. Modern clean and quiet. Great beds. Nice shower. Pool on top level with great views. Staff always have a smile. Breakfast buffet included with limited food choices but enough to keep you going and to start the day. Parking is extra $15-$20 with nearby park n go or on site. Street parking 2hr free or free from about 5pm 8am

Cons:

Pillows not firm (not a big deal). Construction in adjoining sites (daylight hours). Smaller rooms but adequate.

Disappointing
Cons:

I booked a twin queen bed room. I was told the rooms were sold out when I checked in, and I was upgraded to a suite. However, the suite contains one queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the edge so I would not sink in the middle. It is hard and not even. I paid for twin queen beds. The room I received was not what I booked. As an IHG member, this is very disappointing. Obviously, the hotel did not care.
