The beds were so uncomfortable, and the noise above us was so loud all night. Neither me nor my daughter slept at ALL. And the bond, comes straight out but takes up to 10 days to go back? And no one told us about it before we got there…

The location is perfect for those who don’t want to hire a car. So close to public transport and shops.
The family rooms could be bigger. It was a bit of a small space for myself and 3 kids. But made it work

I paid a little more this time as last time I travelled I was not happy with the state of the room - I made the right decision to pay a little extra.
The breakfast picture in the lift didn't match the breakfast that was available
- the sausages weren't as nicely cooked as the pic
- no mushrooms
- only scramble eggs
But I enjoyed breaky
The location was a short walk from Altitude Nine. There were restaurants and many shops close by. Our room had seaviews and was exceptionally clean. Chips as a late snack were tasty.
I personally prefer a room with a bath, but I booked this room to accommodate four people. If I had anything to fault, it was that the coffee at breakfast was very bitter.

It was in great location, easy access. Very affordable. Couldn't fault the place! Friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was perfect!
The bed could be upgraded, and more coffee/tea supplied, but overall, a perfect stay! The buffet breakfast helped with the morning coffee.
Hotel is close to shopping centre.
Parking was one block away, not at hotel. Parking was an extra cost. Staff at check-in didn't speak clear English and weren't clear with explanation of parking and breakfast. It seemed that everything was an extra cost.
The location was fantastic.
Bed was rock hard. Not enough parking.Didn’t like having two men come to our room doing a welfare check because we didn’t have our room made up.(We stayed 3nights total and on day 2 this happened) Breakfast was very ordinary. Pastries (including the little muffins)were rock hard. Chicken sausages were boiled and looked and tasted raw! Bacon was like plastic and tasted disgusting. Haven’t taken any photos however I wished I did now!!
