Pros:

Clean, beautiful, with stunning city views. Nice large pool, sauna, and hammam. Polite staff. Great location in Vake.

Cons:

Unfortunately, room service was slow. I ordered bed linens and water several times and waited 20 minutes. They only responded after repeated calls.

Отель в 15 минутах езды от центра, потрясающий вод из окна, очень вежливый персонал и отличный SPA! Заказывали еду в номер, было достаточно вкусно. Очень довольны.

Cons:

On the day of check-out, the hotel experienced a complete power outage. Everything stopped working, including the elevators, which made it impossible to go up or down the building. This caused significant inconvenience, especially on the day of departure. While technical issues can happen, the hotel could have handled the situation better and communicated more effectively with guests.
