Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Rooms repeatedly described as very clean and tidy; some reviewers noted exterior/other corners show wear but in-room cleanliness is strong.
Service
7
Mixed reports: several guests complained about unfriendly staff and poor reception attitude, though a number of reviews also note helpful or friendly staff.
Location
10
Consistently praised as excellent and very convenient, close to transport, parks and shops; many reviewers highlighted the great location and access.
Room Quality
9.2
Rooms noted for great views, quiet and generally comfortable; some issues reported (king composed of two singles that slide, dark interior tones), but overall positive.
Amenities
9
Gym and sky bar receive strong mentions and are well-regarded; however the pool/spa was frequently closed during stays which detracts from the amenity score.
Value for Money
8.5
Mixed perceptions: some guests felt the hotel did not match advertised 5-star expectations, while others considered location and facilities to provide good overall value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast described as generally extensive by some, but also underwhelming at times (half-empty buffet, poor gluten-free options) and occasional service outages.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are mixed — excellent location, facilities and views lift the experience, but unfriendly staff, reception issues and closed pool/spa led to disappointment for some guests.

Pros:

Cons:
