Very good location with amazing view.

Cons:

Verrrrrrry slow response from the guest service team, expensive laundry service, the left takes ages, the housekeeping service is not consistent, overall this is not a five-star service at all.

Our room was very comfortable. I liked the bed and the space we had. Nice pool area.

I had to wait several times for a waiter to come to my table. Other then that it was a pleasant accommodation.

Fantastisch een echte aanrader
Pros:

De ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers, zij stralen echt hospitality uit en zijn heel erg goed opgeleid.
Vooral Hafiza springt eruit, niks was teveel gevraagd, een geboren gastvrouw!!!!
De lokatie en het winkelcentrum onder het hotel.

Helaas geen tijd gehad om van de wellness gebruik te maken, wellicht iets voor de volgende keer …

Pros:

Современный стиль и расположение

Cons:

Не все просьбы об обслуживании в номере выполнялись персоналом
И номера, который я бронировала изначально, не было при заезде
Мне с сыном пришлось спать на одной кровати
