Pros:

From the 1st moment we entered the hotel until the last moment the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, especially my compliments to Roberto.
We were lucky and given a free upgrade, meaning a larger bedroom.
Breakfast was great, everything was freshly prepared.
They run a 24-hours bar which is a great thing, especially if you come back to the hotel later in the evening.

Had an adapted bedroom with a very good wet room with plenty of space for a wheelchair

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT ROOMS
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Walking distance from the beach and the main pier area. Quiet area so you can have a peaceful stay. Very nicely maintained hotel and the room was clean and tidy. The lobby area and the garden area is beautiful for a chill time. We took a room for 3 people and it spacious. Good value for money as well. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this place if you want an adult only hotel
Pros:

It was clean . Breakfast was good but maybe add yoghurts and more fruits to the menu .The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only around 10 minutes from seafront . Plenty of buses around .

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I really dislike about the property .

Very enjoyable stay lovely staff great location and excellent breakfast

Alice was so lovely and helpful lovely white fluffy towels
I would stay again worth the money

The mattress on my bed was dipped and hurt my back a little

Pros:

4th stay this year just says it all darlings...location location oh location .. a Gem of a gorg place and Southbourne alones a stuming and clean town.. its like the 60s with money and no 3rd world immgration..ie your children are safe.. v low crime and no vile Mosques...
