Super séjour en famille.
Les équipements sont très bien, la literie est excellente.

The staff was wonderful. Took care of our every need and even bought our youngest a birthday present. Over the top! The facilities - restaurants, gym were top notch. I wish we had more time to lounge around the pool.
Location a bit out of the way but there is a shuttle that can take you to the marina or beach.
The property is beautiful. It’s quite secluded on a long road out of Santa Ponca. Its gardens are stunning and the hotel itself js extremely well designed and stunning to look at. It’s a very modern building but the rooms are a mix of modern and cosy. The most incredible thing about this hotel is the staff - they were exceptional. From the day we arrived and found we hadn’t been allocated adjoining rooms, they did everything they could to change, which they did. Special mention to Laura and Adrian who both went above and beyond for our family over the weeks stay. Martina from the kids club was also excellent. The bedrooms are very comfy, aside from the pillows which are a little flatter than we like! We had three children in one room and each had their own proper bed, and we were adjoining - perfect family set up.
The indoor pool and spa are gorgeous, and the outdoor pools are great too. There is some damage on the floor but otherwise very very clean and well maintained.
There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I was being fussy, the service in the outdoor restaurant wasn’t as good as it could be. The food is tasty but not as high quality as you’d hope in a 5 star hotel. The price of the food is also extremely high for what you get. The kids menu is the same price as the adults menu which is frustrating when you have young kids and there aren’t any options for babies.
The shower control was broken when we arrived but still worked perfectly well when showering. The garden rooms are nice if you want outdoor space but don’t expect a view. There is a high laurel hedge around them all as far as we can see.

The style of the rooms and the beds very excellent. The Asian version of the evening restaurant was very good (we did not try the Mediterranean version). The pool restaurant has a lot of style. Indoor spa met expectations fully. Reception staff was immensely helpful and pro-active.
The restaurant staff was very nice but amateurish. Orders got lost on several occasions when they were only a handful of customers in the restaurant. Don't recommend having lunch at any of the restaurants because of this (evening service was more on point).
Sehr schönes Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse. Ruhig. Super freundliches Personal. Das Essen und die Drinks waren herausragend.
Pool und Spa sehr schön und ein sehr schöner Garten.

From the very first minutes, we felt genuine warmth and hospitality. The reception team welcomed us beautifully, made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, and created a wonderful first impression of the hotel.
A special thank you to the Client Experience team. Every day they helped us with restaurant reservations, wellness procedures, taxis, recommendations and organization of our stay. Everything was handled professionally, quickly and with sincere care.
The hotel itself is stunning — very green, peaceful and beautifully designed. The atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxing at the same time. Every detail is thoughtfully created for comfort and wellbeing.
The breakfasts were excellent with a very high-quality selection and beautiful presentation. We also really enjoyed the trainings, wellness facilities and massage treatments.
We would also like to mention the restaurant team and waiters, who were always extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Their attitude made every breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable.
Most importantly, during our entire stay we had absolutely no complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience. We would be very happy to return again.
The only minor point we would suggest improving is adding a toilet brush in the bathroom, as we believe such an essential item should be available in every room for guests’ comfort.
Hochwertige Ausstattung
Leider keine funktionierende Heizung im Zimmer bzw. keine Bodenheizung oder Sprossenheizkörper im Bad.
Sehr schön eingerichtetes hotel, schöne Zimmer, bequeme betten, toller SPA Bereich, gutes Frühstück. Auch sehr toll, dass man Fahrräder kostenlos ausleien kann, das haben wir sehr geschätzt!
Die Menükarte für das Essen der Kinder ist nicht nur sehr stark üüberteuert,sondern hat nicht unbedingt das drauf, was Kinder mögen. Für € 28 pro Kind bekamen unsere Kinder Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes. Die Pommes gingen zuerst vergessen. Auf Nachfrage kamen sie dann, triefend in Öl. Pasta mit Tomatensauce kostet € 20 für ein Kind. wow.
Auch die Speisekarte für das Abendessen für Erwachsene, insbesondere die mediterrane Karte, braucht ein Update. Hier werden praktisch ausschliesslich exklusive Gerichte verkauft, die dann aber entweder nicht wirklich schmecken oder winzig klein sind.
Es wäre gut, es gäbe auch einfach ein paar nicht so fancy Optionen auf der Karte, die man einfach gerne isst.
Das Hotel ist auch nicht wirklich für Kinder optimiert, Kinder sind dennoch willkommen.
Das Hotel könnte sich, was Kinder anbelangt, ein Vorbild an Four Seasons nehmen: Hier essen kleine Kinder kostenlos, die Grösseren bezahlen einen kleinen Preis für die kleinen, sehr kindoptimierten Menüs. Gemüse mit Dips, Pasta etc. Auch wird dort überall an Kinder gedacht, sei es auf der Toilette ein Hocker fürs Waschbecken.
