Decepción absoluta: no está a la altura de un cinco estrellas
Pros:

El diseño del hotel y sus instalaciones tienen potencial para ofrecer una experiencia de lujo, y el entorno es agradable. Lamentablemente, estos aspectos no compensan las importantes deficiencias del servicio y del mantenimiento que encontramos durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

El desayuno fue mediocre, las toallas estaban sucias y la piscina tenía el fondo sucio y levantado. La habitación seguía sin hacer a las 15:00, pese a llevar fuera desde las 10:00; en lugar de disculparse, nos dijeron que debíamos haber solicitado que la limpiaran antes. La falta de profesionalidad se extendió a la gestión de nuestras quejas, con comentarios fuera de lugar y una actitud que nos hizo sentir cuestionados en vez de atendidos.

Wir werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kinder haben neue Freunde gefunden und haben sich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine tolle Auswahl an Obst, Eierspeisen etc.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool an dem Kinder erlaubt sind nicht mehr in einem optimalen Zustand.
Kinder haben sich dort verletzt.

Superbe expérience en famille
Pros:

Super séjour en famille.
Les équipements sont très bien, la literie est excellente.
Le petit déjeuné est varié et de qualité.
Le personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Took care of our every need and even bought our youngest a birthday present. Over the top! The facilities - restaurants, gym were top notch. I wish we had more time to lounge around the pool.

Cons:

Location a bit out of the way but there is a shuttle that can take you to the marina or beach.

A brilliant week long stay to remember with standout staff and beautiful grounds
Pros:

The property is beautiful. It’s quite secluded on a long road out of Santa Ponca. Its gardens are stunning and the hotel itself js extremely well designed and stunning to look at. It’s a very modern building but the rooms are a mix of modern and cosy. The most incredible thing about this hotel is the staff - they were exceptional. From the day we arrived and found we hadn’t been allocated adjoining rooms, they did everything they could to change, which they did. Special mention to Laura and Adrian who both went above and beyond for our family over the weeks stay. Martina from the kids club was also excellent. The bedrooms are very comfy, aside from the pillows which are a little flatter than we like! We had three children in one room and each had their own proper bed, and we were adjoining - perfect family set up.

The indoor pool and spa are gorgeous, and the outdoor pools are great too. There is some damage on the floor but otherwise very very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I was being fussy, the service in the outdoor restaurant wasn’t as good as it could be. The food is tasty but not as high quality as you’d hope in a 5 star hotel. The price of the food is also extremely high for what you get. The kids menu is the same price as the adults menu which is frustrating when you have young kids and there aren’t any options for babies.

The shower control was broken when we arrived but still worked perfectly well when showering. The garden rooms are nice if you want outdoor space but don’t expect a view. There is a high laurel hedge around them all as far as we can see.
