Location was perfect for my needs, and the city centre is at walking distance.
Room was good size, clean and with everything you would need.

Conveniently close to the University of Liverpool where I attended a 4-day conference.

Breakfast - excellent
Front desk - excellent for check in and for looking after our baggage initially so that we could explore and check in later. Location for walking back from Anfield after foo fighters was great. Only 30mins walk so was a real bonus. Beds lovely and comfortable. Good clean bathroom. I would stay at the hotel again.
Only downside we had - there was no food in the bar on arrival back after the concert at 23:45. Concierge suggested room service. I put in a room service order. at 00:45, still not heard anything so contacted the front desk. I was then told all food ran out and they were very sorry for not updating us. Me and my daughter very hungry after the walk, so ended up getting a Justeat delivery. This was poor from the concierge as meant we didn't get to bed until after 01:30am, when if we had know, could have got food sooner. This was the only issue. Everything else great
Food was lovely, fresh & plentiful.
Offered 15% discount at check-in, if booking into the restaurant..but 10% was added as service charge on my restaurant meal.. discretionary.. but not mentioned at payment .. so in reality 5% ..
I think my hotel price at £604 for 2 nights was expensive .. but had little choice as visiting for the concert at Anfield that weekend. Overall still a lovely stay over and the staff were lovely and helpful.
Price, all hotels seemed to have hiked up prices during this weekend due to the concert at Anfield.

Check in was easy, no hassle. Room ready early and no problems checking in as soon as we arrived.

Very modern clean and tidy. The staff very welcoming and friendly from arrival to check out. Great room. Can't fault anything.
