Pros:

Excellent facilities. Great location. I was also upgraded to studio king size room.

Cons:

The hotel does not have its own car park. The paid parking if about 5 minutes walk and it costs £20 per 24 hours although the hotel gives you 30% discount

Exceeded expectations!! 5 stars!
Pros:

Clean, modern and friendly staff! Very comfortable bed and pillows! Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed - robes, slippers, iron, coffee machine, toiletries in the bathroom No noise, parking nearby and we found it quick and easy to get into the city centre via taxi

Cons:

Our trip was too short to make full use out of this fabulous hotel!

Good but more attention to cleanliness
Pros:

Handy location . Was quiet , couldn't hear outside noise and didn't hear any mother guests .

Cons:

Hair in bed , probably off headboard . Everything else clean but you don't want evidence of previous occupants.

Great as always
Pros:

I’ve stayed here three or Four times now and it’s consistently brilliant. I always receive a warm welcome. Food is tasty. And bed is comfy. Great location for the hospital too.

Cons:

Room service is expensive but it is at most hotels.

Good if going to Spine building
Pros:

Located next to the Spine building so it’s useful if attending there otherwise not much nearby, this is in the university district. About 20-25 mins walk from Liverpool rail station. Ample breakfast, good size room & comfy pillows, complimentary water, fridge and iron in room which were useful, my only gripe was that I had 2 beds put together to make ‘a big one’!
