Almost perfect!!
Pros:

とてもキレイで施設的には文句なし。少しアクセスを心配したが、桜木町駅から全然歩ける。ショッピング、美術館も近いので、ロケーションもとても良かった。

Cons:

レセプションでのチェックイン、チェックアウトの待ち時間が長い。
エレベーターの待ち時間が長い。

Nice hotel
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant was very good. Especially the person named Hana-san. She was very friendly and kind. Also the flexibility in late check out was really appreciative.

Cons:

The room was not ready at 3 pm. It seems that the hotel was a bit understaffed.
