Almost perfect!!
Pros:

とてもキレイで施設的には文句なし。少しアクセスを心配したが、桜木町駅から全然歩ける。ショッピング、美術館も近いので、ロケーションもとても良かった。

レセプションでのチェックイン、チェックアウトの待ち時間が長い。
