Incredible staff and service. Top quality.
Todo, realmente supero mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: atención, servicios, habitación, amenities, el masaje fue extraordinario. Logre descansar y desconectarme como queria
La comida de la cena no supero mis expectativas. Le faltaba el punch
We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.
Great people, food, location and service. Clean everywhere. Top notch stay!!
Super great staff
La comodidad, los amenities, la gran hospitalidad de todo el personal.
Nada!
Amazing place & people!
The staff at Casa Polanco treat you like family. They welcomed us so warmly. The rooms are perfectly setup. It felt like home away from home but luxurious at the same time. Highly recommend.
This hotel feells like home from the moment you step into the garden. We loved every minute of our stay. Very friendly staff. Super comfortable surroundings and delicious food and drinks. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We felt fully refreshed after our stay.
