Lovely small hotel with exceptional hospitality – just bring earplugs if you book the AIRE room
Pros:

Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. The staff are genuinely lovely and really care about making their guests feel comfortable. As it is a small hotel with only a few rooms, they know every guest and always take the time for a friendly chat, which creates a very personal atmosphere.

The pool is absolutely wonderful after a day of sightseeing or on a hot afternoon. We used it every day and somehow always had it completely to ourselves, so it felt like having a private pool.

Breakfast is simple but delicious and quite special: rather than a standard hotel breakfast, it feels like a little tasting menu of Mexican dishes, with something different to discover.

Cons:

We stayed in the AIRE room. The part of the room facing the pool is quiet, but unfortunately the bedroom faces the courtyard on the street side and can be quite noisy. The hotel is located on a main road with buses and regular traffic.

During our stay, we also had some exceptionally bad luck: the city was resurfacing the road directly in front of the hotel, with jackhammers and heavy machinery working from around 10 p.m. at night. Our first morning very early, there was also loud music coming from a neighbouring property. Obviously, these external sources of noise were beyond the hotel's control, but for us the situation was extremely difficult and after the first night we seriously considered moving to another hotel.

What made the difference was the way the management handled the situation. They were exceptionally fair, understanding and helpful, and we liked the hotel itself enough that we ultimately decided to stay.

Two practical things to know if you book the AIRE room: if you are sensitive to noise, definitely bring earplugs.
Also, the “kitchen” is really more of a kitchenette counter than an actual kitchen. It is convenient for takeaway food, snacks or drinks, but it is not equipped for cooking or preparing regular meals.

El hotel es una maravilla,estilo colonial muy cuidado,lleno de detalles.La habitación que nos tocó, enorme al igual que el baño y la cama,super cómoda!!!..El desayuno perfecto, y el personal muy amable y atento,en especial la recepcionista Carla..Un acierto!

Cons:

El poder disfrutar solo de dos noches en este hotel,ya que teníamos que seguir la ruta.

l emplacement proche du centre , les hôtes très sympathiques , la chambre agreable spacieuse et propre . l accès a des jeux de société. présence d un frigo.

Cons:

la piscine est super bien que un peu petite et quand on rentre dedans ça déborde sur toute la terrasse. dommage qu il n y ai pas de chambre avec une vrai cuisine.

Très bel hôtel à 2 pas de la grande place, belle chambre avec réfrigérateur et possibilité de faire du café, petite piscine agréable et bon wifi. Personnel très disponible, l’hôtesse nous a donné de nombreux renseignements sur la ville.parking payant juste à côté .

Muy bien situado. Habitación amplia e impecable. Muy buena atención. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Nada. Por pedir, estaría bien una piscina un poco más grande.
También me hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad en el desayuno y una habitación con más luz natural.

L’emplacement proche des restaurants et du centre, notamment des 2 places vivantes le soir.
La piscine. Le personnel. Les vélos mis à dispo gratuitement. La taille de l’hôtel (que 3 chambres il me semble, qui donne ce côté intimiste très sympa).

This is a small boutique hotel in walking distance of three squares.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance to meet our needs. e.g. making sure a taxi driver knew the correct destination we wanted.
If you chose to skip the breakfast, they offered a delicious boxed lunch.
They cheerfully greeted us each day and were asking if they could do anything to help. With a few rooms, there were limited guests, so no noisy parties. The beds were comfortable with Tempur-Pedic mattresses.

Gute Lage, kleines Boutique-Hotel. Gutes Personal, der Clean-Service war sehr gut.

Das Frühstück, kein Buffet, ist eine Frechheit, da der Kaffee nicht geniessbar war wollte ich Tee, das warme Wasser war ohne Kostenfolge, der Teebeutel war zu bezahlen! !!
Food, es wurde einfach etwas serviert, wohlverstanden ohne Nachfrage, was wir bevorzugen.

Très déçu par les prestations compte tenu du prix payé ( 170 euros la nuit).

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous. Le matériel présent n'était pas d'un très bon standing. La salle de bain était très petite. Je ne tenais pas debout sous la douche. Les joints de la douche étaient sales, et la salle de bain peu fonctionnel.
