Peace, serenity, bliss, warmth, totally recommend
Pros:

Great location, food was some of the best we had in Bali and extremely well priced. Service from all staff at the resort was top tier, such great employees. Great infinity pool with floating lounges and awesome private pools for some of the rooms. Free shuttles to the grab locations. Near the Campuhan Ridge walk

Cons:

The private pools weren’t totally private but we still enjoyed it a lot

It’s a fine stay
Pros:

The outdoor is great. The breeze in the valley is very pleasant when you stay in the balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities are a bit old. When people upstairs drop things on the floor at night, it’s very loud. And the restaurant is a bit overpriced with service fee added as the food is average.

Beautiful Kastara
Pros:

Kastara is a very beautiful hotel where you really are a part of the jungle. It is built quite high up and the views are amazing from your room. The staff are incredible and always wanting to ensure that you have everything you need.
It's a perfect walking distance to town through the Campuhan Ridge.

Cons:

Some sitting space in the room apart from just your bed would have been great.

Cet hôtel est un véritable coup de cœur, au milieu de la nature, avec des prestations haut de gamme, tant par la qualité de la literie, de la nourriture ou même de tout le personnel. Nous tenons à remercier sincèrement tout le staff rencontré qui a été d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité incroyable tout au long de notre séjour. Le spa, la piscine à débordement, la salle de sport, la décoration de la chambre (et en général), sont autant de points positifs que nous avons apprécié. Un grand merci pour cet accueil nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Pros:

The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was a top notch experience in this regard. We arrived quite late but they had sandwiches made and sent to our room. Met us with nice warm teas too.

We got caught in the rain and the staff met my partner and I with towels. Throughout the whole stay the staff were excellent.

The resort itself is beautiful and quiet. It feels like a slight step away from the madness of Ubud which is fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the hotel, it's gym, pool and our free massage.

Cons:

The only draw back was because of the construction it was a bit difficult getting in and out of the city centre. Nothing to do with the facilities itself but was a slight draw back.

Unreal first stay to celebrate honeymoon
Pros:

Breakfast had huge amounts of choice, was delicious and perfectly presented. Never a long wait to be seen to and the refills of juice were appreciated. The room was immaculate and staff’s attention to detail was second to none. All were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. By the end of the stay we felt like family. The room was clean, well kept and it was huge. The bath was also fabulous. The main pool was clean and a nice temperature, the private pool was much colder but it was quite nice on a hot day. The food choices were unreal. We really didn’t want to leave at the end of the stay and will be pining to come back for the rest of our days!

Cons:

The charge for the honeymoon decoration was our only slight disgruntlement. Other hotels have done this complimentary. Taxis were much more expensive booked through the reception.

Pros:

ジャングルが見渡せるバルコニーのバスタブが素敵な思い出になりました。ウブドは涼しい地域なのでバルコニーのバスタブは夕方から楽しめてとてもよかったです。お湯の出も問題なかったです。エアコンも快適でした。
朝食会場は風が抜けてとても気持ちがよく過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。滞在中に虫は見かけませんでした。
スタッフさんたちもみんな親切でした。

The bathtub on the balcony was a wonderful highlight of my stay. Overlooking the jungle, the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Ubud is a relatively cool area, so enjoying the balcony bathtub starting in the late afternoon was just perfect. The hot water supply was also completely fine.
​The breakfast venue was breezy and very pleasant, and the food was delicious. All the staff members were kind and helpful. Also, I didn't see any insects during my entire stay.

Ajudaram -me muito com o meu bebé de 11 meses . Quando viram que estava a ficar inquieto , perguntavam se podiam pegar-lhe e conseguíamos começar mais sossegados :)

I give 6 only for the stuff
Pros:

Staff are so nice doing everything to help and facilities and rooms are clean

Cons:

Mostly everything else for me it doesn’t seems like 5 star hotel the property needs a lot of maintenance like gym equipment.
There are only one elevator in the hotel.
To get a taxi either you order from them and the price is high or you have to go with their shuttle bus for the meeting point to get applications taxi
The hallway to get to the room in 5th floor is dangerous and uncomfortable especially in the night .

Absolutely exceptional !
Pros:

I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and kastara would Definetely be one of my favourites. The staff were all exceptional, the room beautiful with a wonderful view of the valley. Extra large comfortable bed. We ate every meal in the restaurant and all were delicious and wonderfully presented. This will always be my perfect pick for Bali, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
