From the moment we arrived, Kastara was amazing, we loved the Arrival drink (typical balinese hearbal tea), our room wasn’t ready (arrived in the morning) but we could use the pool and facilities before check in.
Staff was incredible, everyone was smiling and ready to help.
Loved the open spaces - pool and restaurant available directly from the Reception lobby, wherever you walk in the hotel you feel connected to nature with the jungle right outside and beatiful decor
Massage in the Spa was great - Kastara Romantic Package - I would probably skip the flower bath next time, just because it looks better on pictures than being in the flowers, definitely a great experience nonetheless 🙏🏻
Amazing spacious room (with some complimentary decoration) with balcony basically half the size of the room (grand). Would definitely stay again :)
Kastara Resort was in a great location. Drive to the resort felt us driving in a little jungle sometimes and it gave the village vibe other times. There was a small waterfall next to the hotel and loved listening to the sound of it. Room had jungle view and felt breathtaking when waking up.
Hubby booked the hotel room celebrate my birthday and they decorated it soo beautifully. They even surprised me with a yummy brownie cake during my birthday breakfast. Staff is great and so friendly! Widya went beyond her way to make our stay feel super relaxing! Thank you. We highly

The property was very beautiful and located with a nice view of jungle, nature and tranquility. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went an extra mile.
The breakfast takes a long time, buffet option should be there.
The service is exceptional. Staff is very friendly. The view is amazing.
The breakfast could be improved, additional mirror and lights in room. And some extra place to keep luggage would be nice.

The complete experience was great. The view was something. We had a suite and it was really tidy and amazing. SPA was great. The service and the hospitality was exceptional. One of the best hotels we stayed at. To top all off, we booked our tour around Ubud with the hotel directly (even though it is a bit expensive compared to booking otherwise), our driver Adi was super friendly, gave us our personal space and at the same time explained local customs and stories. It was such a great time.
Nothing major. Some days the food that we wanted from the restaurant menu was not available.

I liked the view and size of the rooms and friendly staff
You could hear all noise from the top floor very easily, couldn't asleep! Staff were trying to help but the problem was the building.. because they tried to change our room on different floor but results were the same.. noise from room above!!
Breakfast was freshly prepared and with plenty of options - particularly as we are vegetarians. The staff were also super flexible with the options.

Die Lage ist absolut umwerfend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Teilweise sieht das Service-Personal die Arbeit nicht und man wartet oft eher lange auf die Getränke, aber sie sind sehr freundlich.
