I liked the vibe of the hotel. The ambiance. This is my second time staying in 4 years.
The new employee, a dark haired girl , demonstrated excellent experience and service at the bar.
The staff have an appalling attitude. Even if you don't engage or converse with the staff it feels either like you aren't welcome or they can't be bothered.
This hasn't changed since my first visit back in 2023.

Location was convenient to downtown, quiet, friendly staff, and they kept our luggage when check-in and check-out times didn't align with our transportation.
It would have been nice if they staff had mentioned the free bus that stopped just outside of the hotel, and even better if we had been told this before arrival. We discovered it when we were out and about. The bus was so convenient and ended up making us love the hotel location even more!

They need to be clearer about the parking. I was happy to pay for parking and was ready too but then I get an email saying no available parking. I booked the hotel as it had parking.

The hotel itself is also conveniently situated for sports fans, being a 10 minute walk away from the football stadium, and right next door to the rugby stadium.
The hotel is in a convenient location just a short walk from the train station. I stayed in the king suite which was spacious, extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was nice, they helped me with a slightly earlier check in, and helped packed my breakfast as i was departing very early in the morning.
The check in process was not smooth. I was almost denied check in, because when asked for my first name, I mentioned my first name, and when asked for my family name i mentioned my family name, and they said they don't have any booking with this name (they had my booking open), i showed the reservation, but they refused to look at it and said they can't look at it because my name don't match. In the end what happened was, because I did not mention my MIDDLE name, she couldn't verify if it was me. (I had my passport and every ID possible), luckily after back and forth, I was allowed the check in, and after verification the reception lady had been very nice to me.
Good location. Modern interior and rooms.
Car parking. No one answered the phone when trying to book car parking space.
Room service not being answered. Bar staff said they could not help and sent me back to my room to continue calling. Room service meal eventually arrived 2 hours after trying to order it. Staff told me it’s always like this as they don’t have enough people on.
