Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Communication prior to check in was terrible. We were under the impression we had booked in the car park only to find not. Were told it was full weeks ago. No communication at all. We had to find our own alternative parking!
In addition the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Especially the floor

Location and food were great. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Pros:

The location is really close to everything you would need away from home. Exceptionally good and warm reception. Kudos to the staff. The rooms are superb. The concept of the bed is an experience I have seen only here. It is not something I can describe, witness it for yourself and thank me later.

One nigjts stay
Pros:

All staff very friendly. Our room was quite small but thoughtful laid out. Perfect for us to stay for hospital appointments opposite. We did find the cost of drinks rather expensive.

Convenient stress free with easy uber access to anywhere in Leicester city.
Pros:

Great location for University of Leicester graduation ceremony. In expensive Uber to anywhere in the city. Breakfast was great value particularly if prepaid.
