Great Stay
Pros:

Loved the room, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Ana specially treated us incredibly nice! Would come back again without a doubt

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit underwhelming and the beautiful garden space could've been used for bar/activities daily but instead was just dead.

Ubicación, enclave dentro literalmente de un entorno natural, atención del personal..

Cons:

Claramente y lo único destacaba que no nos permitió dormir.....Los mosquitos !!!! Pedir algún repelente en verano, imprescindible

Charming Hotel near tourist attractions
Pros:

The hotel is charmly decorated very close to a castle and walking distance from Sintra center. There is a big parking space which is very helpful on that area, and even that the kitchen was closing at 7:45pm, they prepared a salad for me, in order I could diner after arriving from visiting Sintra later.

Cons:

The parking is down the road, not very practical if carrying lugagge, but the receptionist took my lugagge when arriving at the reception door, and the they after they kept it for me also at the door, while I was going to search the car, so they are solving the distance inconvenient with a nice smile.

Pros:

Hotel proche du centre-ville à pied, au calme avec parking. Grande chambre spacieuse et bien équipé.
Excellente literie et propreté.

Cons:

Isolation phonique à revoir, assez désagréable et qui enlève le charme de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger bara några steg bort Quinta da Regaleira. Sintras centrum är bara 15 min ifrån det. Vi hade ett stort och mysigt rum med bekväm säng. Personalen var alltid behjälplig och svarade på alla frågor utan fördröjning. Det bästa var med parkeringen: vi kunde lämna vår hyrbil där under tiden vi utforskade Sintra.

Cons:

Om man kör, kan det vara krångligt att ta sig från hotellet: vägarna i Sintra är slingrande och snäva. Det ligger också en bar med terrassprecis bakom hotellet, som organiserar musikkvällar på lör och sön. Om man planerar att lägga sig tidigt på kvällen är hotellet inte ett bra alternativ eftersom all musik hörs bra inomhus.

Wow what a beautiful boutique hotel it has an interesting history ask the staff.its walking distance to the top palaces, right next door to a cool little medieval pub .
The staff are Soo helpful and kind and heaps of fun .
We stayed three nights in beautiful sintra .
The hotel was
Walking distance to the coolest little eateries too
Highly recommend.

Cons:

Sie müssten informieren, dass die Straße zu dem Hotel die gleiche ist, die zu der Quinta Regaleira ist und Tagsüber von der Polizei gesperrt ist. Mit der Hotelbuchung lässt die Polizei den Weg frei, aber es muss informiert werden.
Wir mussten nochmals das ganze Sintra Zentrum umfahren, Parkplatz finden, 2km laufen und verpassten auch unsere 4 Eintrittskarte für die Quinta Regaleira.
Die Bilder auf der www Seite entsprechen nicht ganz die Realität.
