L’emplacement est très bien à proximité de la regaleria proche du centre ville on a pu faire de superbes balades !
L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel Anna nous a fait un très bel accueil et a pu répondre à nos questions elle facilite l’organisation du séjour.
Pour notre départ un jeune homme a l’accueil nous a bien aider à guider notre chauffer qui avait du mal à accéder à la quinta à cause de la police qui barre les routes ! Un grand merci à lui nous avons pu avoir notre vol retour sans difficulté !!
L’accès à la quinta est difficile pour les chauffeurs

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar rezervasyon anından itibaren çok ilgiliydiler. Odamızın boyutunu ve tarzını çok beğendik. Bahçe tasarımı, doğası itibarıyla harika gözüküyordu. Teşekkür ederiz.
Sintra'da otoparklı bir mekan olması harika. Sadece otopark otele biraz uzaktı. Ancak sıkıntı değil.
Very nice room, great location and the most friendly and lovely staff you'll ever meet. Breakfast was amazing. Short walk into the town. We will definitely be back.

Tener en cuenta que las habitaciones están ubicadas en distintas plantas con escaleras. Pero los chicos te ayudan con el equipaje.
The spacious room, the restaurant, Luis and Dinise, the comfortable bed, the garden, and the fact that it was so close to the bus stop and the center of Sintra.

This hotel is very charming, and the staff is truly dedicated and helpful. We felt very welcome thanks to Shahadat and his colleagues. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was a great experience for us during our stay in Sintra.
The building is full of character, which does come with a little noise — we could hear other guests in the corridor and moving around in their rooms. Nothing that spoiled our stay, though.
Todo, es una estancia cuidada al detalle.
Antes de la llegada al hotel, Ana se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos las indicaciones pertinentes, fue muy agradable a la llegada, como llegamos por la mañana, antes de poder realizar el ingreso en la habitación, Ana nos proporcionó un espacio para guardar las maletas mientras estábamos fuera hasta la hora del ingreso.
Cuando llegamos, nos atendió Sorwar, que además de dar un servicio y atención excepcional, nos mostró alguna que otra maravilla escondida en la finca, como el mirador hacia el Castelo dos Mouros.
A la salida te espera un souvenir.
Muy contentos con el establecimiento en general.
Y si hablamos de la ubicación, hemos de decir que excelente, cerca del centro histórico y lo bastante lejos como para disfrutar de la tranquilidad que ofrece este espacio tan bonito.
Un lugar para no perderse.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas
En general todo estaba perfecto.
El alojamiento esta en una ubicacion increible, no os dire mas para que lo tengamos todo para nosotros la proxima vez! :)
La suite que reservamos muy amplia, comoda y perfecta para desconectar.
El personal super amable y servicial. De lo mejorcito!
La cama grande y comoda.
El parking esta en un entorno digno de fotografiar.
En general, estupendo en todos los sentidos.
(El pub medieval vecino merece una visita obligada y una cata de hidromiel)
Por detallar algunas cosas:
La ducha y el baño de la suite que podrian mejorarse.
Las cortinas no terminan de cerrar y entra mucha luz (te llevas un antifaz y listo)
El camino del parking al hotel cuesta arriba y por un encamino con encanto pero algo dificultoso.
Se escuchaban perfectamente las voces del pub aunque tecnicamente no tenian musica en directo esa noche.
En dias de calor, se echa de menos una piscina, que sería increible tenerla.
