Pros:

The staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. I had an incident and the staff was understanding towards my situation.

Cons:

Probably need to check on the bidet as at times the bidet leaks.

I like being in the hotel.
Pros:

Good staff, very friendly, everyone smiles and does their best. Nice lobby and rooms and the amenities are nice. Well located, reasonably priced. I’ll come back. Second time to Bangkok. Last time I paid significantly more in another hotel that was considerably less impressive.

Cons:

Nice breakfast, impressive pool. Gym is also nice! Most hotels have small gyms. The pictures don’t lie. Free parking; can walk to wherever you want.

Fint hotell i bra läge som inte riktigt levererar bra service
Pros:

Väldigt fina rum och läget var bra nära skytrain i ett fint område. Vakten till hotellet var trevlig.

Cons:

Vi tyckte inte servicen var tillräckligt bra t.ex. när vi kom till hotellet och skulle checka in fick vi ett kallt bemötande från personalen. Vi såg att andra gäster fick välkomstdrink medans vi inte fick någon. Väskorna fick vi också ta till rummet själva vilket jag tycker hotellet borde lösa på ett sånt här hotell. Tyvärr var det mycket hår på golvet i rummet och en del damm. Under vistelsen sa inte personalen hej en enda gång när vi kom ner i lobbyn. Vi har bott på flera hotell i den här klassen men detta var mycket sämre än vad vi var vana vid.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was wonderful.
The rooms and facilities were great with plenty of space.
Gym and swimming pool area were immaculate.
Aircon throughout the hotel and especially the gym was a perfect temerature.
View was amazing.

Cons:

Two very very small niggles
The bars closed very early, including for tea and coffee.
There were both in the room but it isn't quite the same.
There is no water in the lobby, we later learned that you had to ask for it and a nice carton was provided, but in most places it is just available
