Ne-am simțit foarte bine și vom reveni la acest hotel!
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut tot. Amabilitatea personalului, curățenia, micul dejun și, bineînțeles, centrul spa. Am stat la acest hotel 2 nopți și ne-au cazat imediat ce am ajuns (cu o oră înainte de check-in). Am fost cazați într-o suită standard 3*, conform rezervării de pe booking.com. Acest apartament este foarte bun pentru o familie cu doi adulți și doi copii, am avut spațiu suficient și o vedere frumoasă spre munte.
Micul dejun - excelent (diversificat și gustos).
Centrul Spa: piscină, două saune, locuri disponibile mereu pe saltelele de plajă în interior. Se intră cu papuci de unică folosință, am primit acești papuci și câte un prosop de fiecare dată când am mers în zona spa. Check-out până la ora 12.00, așa că mai e timp de o tură scurtă la piscină și în ziua plecării.
Am găsit cu ușurință loc de parcare atunci când am fost la plimbare și ne-am întors.
A fost al patrulea sejur al nostru la hotelul Escalade. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Cons:

Totul a fost ok. Doar o sugestie: poate că ar fi utile câteva jucării pentru piscină (colace pentru apă, plăci pt înot).

Not a 4* hotel experience, but good enough.
Pros:

It's a lovely location in the mountains. We visited in June and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the games room but they were nothing special.

Cons:

It really wasn't a 4 * hotel experience. It was perfectly adequate, but not that great. The bedroom wasn't much better than a Premier Inn in the UK. Only one pillow each. The room wasn't made up overnight, except to empty the bin. We didn't even get clean cups. Lots of little things are not quite up to scratch, such as no plug in the basin, soap dispensers squirting soap at you, carpet old and unattractive looking, juice at breakfast basically squash. I guess it's about expectations.
