Cons:

the internet was terrible, they advertise internet, and English speaking but only one person spoke English, very hard to communicate, but the room service was excellent, my husband was getting treatment at the hospital so we had room service every day, location was great for us.

Great hotel large rooms
Pros:

Large rooms, easy access to your room, fairly new appliances in the room, ac worked great

Cons:

Had to got back to the front desk twice because electronic key lock didn't work until they decided to change our room, they could have done that the first time I went back to the front desk.

Excelente calidad-precio y el personal de recepción es siempre muy atento. Seguiré siendo cliente.

El precio es siempre muy razonable, el personal amable y eficiente. Siempre me quedo aquí al venir a Hermosillo.

Cons:

Noté en esta ocasión mucho el ruido en los pasillos del segundo piso; el personal hablándose con voz alta uno al otro a horas de descanso (7am -8am).

Super experiencia de vacaciones.
Pros:

La limpieza impecable. La atención a todos los pormenores fue estupenda. Siempre obtuvimos respuesta rápida y amable a nuestras peticiones.

Cons:

La alberca no tiene calefacción, por lo que el agua todo el tiempo estuvo muy fría.
