Cons:

El staff mal educado, son despotas y te ignoran. La habitación estaba sucia y continuo asi surante toda la estancia, horrible aroma, sabanas y colchas con peste a sudor y pies, las toallas rotas, la taza del baño con pelow y manchas, aroma a drenaje, hongos en la regadera. Pesima, pesima experiencia, NO LO RECOMIENDO, ESTOY MUY MOLESTA E INSATISFECHA, ES UN LUGAR JO-DI-DOOOOOO

Never coming back there
Pros:

when we arrived they did not have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel, walking with our lugagge more than 8 minutes at 2 pm with all the sun and the hot weather. The hotel did not meet our expectations so they canceled our booking, but they charged deposit 3,990 pesos and we are still waiting the charge back.
If you could help us to have our money would be fair.

La ubicación y que es muy bonito...además el personal es muy amable y accesible, nos trataron super bien.

Cons:

Para el precio, habia detalles de limpieza que se me hicieron raros, el piso estaba pegajoso y manchado, los dispensadores de shampoo estaban rotos.

La habitación en general es amplia y confortable y sus instalaciones son bonitas.

Cons:

Que no me incluye desayuno en el costo en comparación a otros hoteles de menor costo.

El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, tengo que caminar para dejar el coche estacionado y luego regresar al hotel.

El gimnasio tampoco pertenece al hotel, tengo que caminar para poder usarlo.

No se puede. Fumar.

Very nice place but unfortunately the room was smelly, we could see the fungus on the filter.

It is beautiful

Cons:

The room smelled like humidity, the bathroom had a strong smell of bug spray, and there are no windows to air the room, the AC didn’t work well and at night it went off - no way to make it work again until it came back at 5am. The tv isn’t easy to set and change language- all in Spanish, they only provide one coffee pod for a two person room (the front desk girl gave us an additional one)

no hay estacionamiento en el hotel, y a aunque ofrecen el servicio, es a una calle.
Aún con eso el hotel es precioso y hospedarse ahi fue una gran experiencia, regresaremos.

El hotel esta super ubicado y MUY bonito. Las habitaciones estan lindisimas. Su personal es super amable. Se desayuna come y cena delicioso. Tienen un salon de billar en donde nos atendieron muy bien. Hay estacionamiento de cortesía con Valet Parking.
El Mejor lugar para conocer Orizaba.

Una excelente opción para hospedarse: súper céntrico, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad sin complicaciones. Las instalaciones están impecables, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. El personal es increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy conveniente en todos los sentidos, ¡definitivamente volveré!

Pros:

La habitación en general, siendo boutique, creo todas las habitaciones son diferentes el concepto me gusta.

Cons:

La cafetera no prendió, no pude tomar mi café, tuve que pedir un destapador para el agua. No me gusta cuando te cobran en folares, y después te te cargan los impuestos municipales, tengo entendido que si eres extranjero estás exento del pago de impuestos.

Muy bonito, cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy rico y suficiente, el precio justo. La decoración de todo el hotel es excelente.

Cons:

el baño del restaurante no esta de acuerdo a las demás áreas del hotel, luce descuidado.
