家族で水族館に行く為今回利用させていただきましたが、又小樽に行く時利用させて頂きます。
Pros:

コンビニがすぐ隣だったのでとても良かった。朝食も良かったです

Location was convenient, onsen is small but stunning views, clean room but compact, helpful staff.
Pros:

Onsen offered amazing views. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

They keep the room’s window locked. I prefer fresh air so was disappointed when staff responded that despite having a window, it may not be opened. Our room was really tight, may be worth upgrading to a larger room if you don’t want to be cramped. Check in took a long while.

　スタッフの対応が親切で良かった。

Cons:

　夏の暑い日だったが冷蔵庫に水のボトルが入っていなかった。

　小樽なのに朝食バイキングに海鮮（刺身）がほとんど無かった。

A modern hotel with the convenience and great location
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to drive to, and a first come, first serve parking. We got there around 2 PM to secure a parking spot for two days as Otaru is a walking city. Conveniently located -a short distance to the museums, shopping streets and canal and the main attractions

Cons:

Check in process was slow with too many people. Showed up around 3 PM.

There's no or very minimal service
Pros:

The location is ok. The property is new and clean

Cons:

The hotel provides very minimal or no service. I asked for a luggage rack. The reply was no. I asked for a bottle of water, again reply no. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel. You have to wait for a long time for it. The onsen was too busy almost all the time. I have to skip it.

Fantastic stay in heart of Otaru
Pros:

Perfectly located and walkable to every location within Otaru.
Fantastic upscale hotel. Rooms are not big but the facility is new and the amenities are first rate.
