Gibt sicher bessere Hotels. Das Hotel braucht besser ausgebildete Fachkräfte.

Lage, Meerblick sowie die freundlichen Parkwächter.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum war
an manchen Tagen überfordert, was sich zum Teil in Unfreundlichkeit ausgedrückt hat.

Las instalaciones del hotel impecables. Habitación amplia . La vista al mar fue soñada...el spa no era muy amplio pero más que suficiente. El desayuno muy completo y fresco. Pudimos estacionar en la puerta del hotel los dos días que estuvimos sin problemas. Mucho relax despues de un largo viaje por Croacia y Montenegro.

This hotel is excellent and modern. We had a wonderful room on the 7th floor overlooking the sea with a large balcony.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Fantastic staff in all departments from the restaurant to reception. Good food and location as we walked everywhere. There was a local bus stop close by too if needed. Bar prices in the hotel were very reasonable.

Fabulous, inspirational, kind
Pros:

The best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. Amazing views, very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast. They have all the amenities you need and even give you a beach card which you can get towels for from the reception desk and enjoy a sunny day at the beach. Restaurant also had decent food and the best part they had halal options as well which I was totally not expecting.

Cons:

Pools are only open for limited number of hours during the day. Would be lovely if they could extend the options for all pools so you can have a lovely hot bath after a long day on the road.

Great holiday experience with lovely staff but could have been better
Pros:

The hotel was clean and very well located. The staff were very hospitable; very friendly and respectful. Always willing to help and go the extra mile to keep us happy.

The room is were great size and well decorated with good sized beds and sofa. The balcony was a very good size overlooking the ocean, would be very good during summertime.

Dinner was really good and we had a variety of meals to choose from

It was my birthday and they gave us a complementary lunch because we were going out for dinner to celebrate and gave us whine as well which was very kind of them.

The sea view from hour room was spectacular and the hotel was a few steps to the beach front. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't enjoy the beach. There were also many restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel where you could shop and eat if you want.

Cons:

1. There was no plant based milk. I am lactose intolerant and there was only fresh milk. I asked for a different milk and didn't get until our last day.
2. The air conditioning unit couldn't be controlled from the bedroom. It's sometimes either too cold or too hot and we had yo call the reception to reduce it or increase the temperature ashes case maybe. It drops and increases by itself without us touching it, not sure if someone was doing so from their end.
3. There was no variety to the breakfast, it was the same thing every morning. Would have been good to have more variety for breakfast but it wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't restricted by dairy.
4. Coffee and hot drinks are only served at breakfast and no coffee in the rooms, you can buy coffee pods at €2.50 in the room; this is extortionate if you ask me. There was also only one bottle of water to a room for the whole 4 nights. You are not allowed to bring food and drinks to the hotel, thereby forcing you to pay for coffee and drinks unless you go out to drink.
