スタッフの方達の接し方がとても良くて、気持ち良く宿泊が出来ました。
Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗でした。ベッドも寝やすくて良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルが目の前にあるのに、入り口が分かりずらかったです。

バイクが停めやすくて

コスパ的にも大満足です！

Very very impressive
Pros:

Very impressive farmer’s market and shopping centre with local gifts available. Great small restaurants nearby with great food.
The receptionist helped us to check in was so helpful and thankful to her for sending up my hot soup to my room when I was really tired as our flight is cancelled and we arrived late at night.
A lot of dogs were around with so many temporary stalls and set up on the day of our arrival and gave us a surprise.

Wygodny, pięknie zaprojektowany hotel z bardzo miłym personelem.
Pros:

Bardzo lubię Hotele Fairfield by Marriott. Świetnie urządzone, bardzo ładne pokoje i przestrzeń wspólna, gdzie można wypić kawę, herbatę, zupę miso oraz skorzystać z mikrofalówki. Dobre wyciszenie pokoi i dojazd samochodem na lotnisko. Wcześniej byłam w takim hotelu w Nikko i też byłam bardzo zadowolona.

Cons:

Pewnym minusem jest brak śniadań. Choć hotel w Enigmie jest tuż koło kawiarni Starbucks, więc można wpaść tam na śniadanie lub kolację.

ゆっくり寝られて快適だった。

案内が適切だった。

日本人にとってはバスタブのある部屋が欲しい。

Our stay was quite pleasant. The Hotel was tucked in the city however it was quiet like it's own island. You can walk to the main road to coffee shop, cafes and convenience stores. Hotel staffs were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lobby was huge filled with seating areas, and free flow of coffee, tea, and miso soup (very tasty!). They have food for purchase as well that were so tasty and filling. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were also vending machines selling drinks. Parking was in the compound and the staff cleared all cars from snow in the morning. Such great hospitality!

Better washing machine/dryer.
