Fabulous and would highly recommend
Pros:

The decor was spectacular and so clean, and location was great also

Cons:

Gluten free breakfast options were minimal, just not very aware of coeliac disease

Excelente localização, com tudo acessível a poucos minutos. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente acolhedor e elegante. Para além de muito bem decorado, o quarto era extremamente confortável. Optámos por um quarto com vista para a Avenida dos Aliados e valeu a pena.

Cons:

Embora a experiência global tenha sido positiva, houve alguns detalhes que ficaram aquém do esperado para um hotel de 5 estrelas. O staff foi simpático e disponível, mas o serviço de bar revelou pouca experiência. Além disso, apesar de estarem várias pessoas na receção, tivemos de solicitar ajuda para encontrar o bar e a piscina, depois de várias voltas conjuntas com outros hóspedes igualmente perdidos para encontrar a piscina.
No quarto não havia champô e os chocolates foram entregues quando já estávamos a descansar. Teria sido preferível que estas amenities estivessem disponíveis desde a chegada, permitindo aos hóspedes usufruírem delas quando mais conveniente.
São pequenos pormenores, mas que fazem a diferença numa experiência verdadeiramente alinhada com os padrões de um hotel de 5 estrelas.

Luxury Escape
Pros:

Very modern and Luxury hotel. I love the fact that the staff pay attention to the little details. Bottle of wine in the room, Chocolates etc.I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was lovely to come back to after a long day of exploring. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in the cleaners do an amazing job. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit porto.

Cons:

I wish the restaurant served Portuguese food.

Albergo molto bello nel cuore di Oporto. Ottima posizione, camera accogliente e molto pulita. Piccola piscina elegante.

We loved pretty much everything. The staff, the location, the breakfast and a cool swimming pool to dip in.

Cons:

Would be nice to have coffee pods for the last say but they haven't been topped up.

Fantastic all around!
Pros:

Paulo was amazing as always, the entire staff is professional and helpful. And most of all exhibit outstanding manners and etiquette. I strongly recommend the hotel to friends that plan to travel to Porto.

Cons:

Usage of perfume or the specific air freshener in the hallways, could be used more sparingly the smell is very strong. It is not a bad small but rather it smells a little to much, a good rule of thumb would be opening a window or two.
