Szuper választás volt, egyik legjobb szállodaélményünk.
Pros:

Rendkívül profi és udvarias személyzet, kiváltképp Pedro. :) Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A szállás központi helyen van, városnézéshez ideális az elhelyezkedése. A szállodán keresztül foglaltunk borkóstoló túrára időpontot, örök élmény marad.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetne kicsit változatosabb (tartózkodásunk alatt egyébként ki lehetett tölteni kérdőívet a reggeliről, tehát érezhető a fejlődés iránti igyekezet), illetve a szobában nem volt akasztó sem az ajtón, sem mellette a falon, így egy táskát vagy kardigánt se lehet felakasztani.

Mooi hotel op een centrale plek. Alles schoon en netjes. Prima ontbijt. Klein maar fijn zwembad. Jammer dat er niet een paar ligbedden staan.

Por dar algún punto a mejorar, quizás falta un poco de variedad en el desayuno. Los dulces son mejorables y en el salado hay poca variedad. Pero en general es correcto.

Great choice for exploring Porto
Pros:

The location was great for us as it is a short walk from Sao Bento railway station and also great for exploring the city centre. We found all staff courteous and helpful and on one occasion got a restaurant recommended and booked for us. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet considering the city centre location. Breakfast was relaxed with plenty of choice. Overall the hotel really contributed to our enjoyment of Porto.

Cons:

It's probably due to planning restrictions, but more prominent signage would have helped us identify the hotel more quickly when we first arrived - we really had to search for the name. Also, I'm afraid in common with some other modern establishments, our room suffered from light switch overload! It was like a lightshow every day switching all the combinations of lights on and off as we tried to identify what we wanted from the touch panels!

The staff are amazing! And the furnishings in the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom is uncomfortably small, but that’s okay. However, the rooms are not sound proofed. Could hear the room next door; the apartments above. Very disruptive to sleep.
