Excellent stay. Would return any time in Porto.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Walking distance to many attractions. Great rooms.

Cons:

The pool is rather small, there are no chairs to relax and no towels.

The pool wasn’t quite what we were expecting. We thought it would have been bigger and have done sun loungers, it wasn’t really very sunny!

Nice Hotel in Porto
Pros:

Great hotel in the middle of all the actions in Porto. The staff is fantastic; the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety of food items. Definitely would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Porto !! Highly recommend it !!!

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

The whole stay was amazing. The staff was great. The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and well put together. Housecleaning done professionally. They truly do care about the people staying there. We had a small issue with the elevator getting stuck but the staff was great and took care of it within 30 min and resolved the issue. Overall one of the best places we stayed in while in a Portugal.

Hotel luxuoso, confortável, bem localizado e bom café da manhã no coração do Porto!
Pros:

O hotel possui uma ótima localização, onde é possível fazer muita coisa a pé. Há uma estação de metrô ao lado do hotel e ótimas opções restaurantes nos arredores. As instalações são modernas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom. O atendimento foi impecável!

Beaucoup de manquements pour un 5 étoiles Portugais, employés non qualifiés, ne prenant aucune initiatives. Chambre manquant de luminosité. Nos désagréments ont été transmis directement à l’hotel. Une piscine plutôt couloir de nage dans un endroit très petit avec une proximité très très proche des tables du restaurant (😱). Donc personne n’y va……
