Terrible
Pros:

Nick the general manager is a very nice guy

Cons:

Save your money and stay at the Secret Hotel in Con Dao instead.

• No restaurant

The hotel is unfinished, dirty and smells

Lift doors will slam shut on you

Hotel supplied motorbikes are deathtraps

Dirty furniture

• Useless staff (Apart from nick the manager)

Booked 3 nights but we decided to abandon the hotel immediately, was promised a refund by the hotel but haven't received.

Overall terrible experience, the island is beautiful, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. All other reviews appear to be fake and posted by the owner

I'm very happy with the resort.
Pros:

I highly appreciated Orson Hotel & Resort's support. They helped me change rooms and allowed me to check out two hours late without any charge, even though when I booked a late check-out, they informed me of the fee. I rented a motorbike, and its light was out of order, so the resort sent staff to change the motorbike quickly. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Lunch was very good. Although the resort is far from the center of Con Dao, it has a private beach and beautiful scenery. Views are beautiful both ocean view and mountain views.

Cons:

I would prefer the hotel grounds to have more trees and more seating along the beach.

Pros:

Il voto 9 è soprattutto per la persona di Nik , che meriterebbe anche il 10, è un tuttofare che si prende cura di te dal check in al check out, l unico che parla inglese. Senza di lui l esperienza in struttura non sarebbe la stessa. Nota di merito anche per lo chef del barbecue serale, una persona squisita. La piscina molto bella e anche le camere pulite ed eleganti

Cons:

Alcune parte della struttura avrebbero bisogno di essere ristrutturate, lo staff a parte Nik non parla inglese ed è un grosso limite per l esperienza in totale, dal mio punto di vista per quello che paghi lo staff dovrebbe essere più preparato. La zona è ideale se vuoi un oasi di pace perché sei nel punto più isolato dell isola, il contro è che se piove ( cosa molto facile) non hai servizi adeguati.

Ein traumhafter, erholsamer Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Ort – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt sechs Tage im Resort und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig, abgeschieden und mitten in einer wunderschönen Natur. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Swimmingpool und der schöne, feinsandige Privatstrand. Wir sind jeden Tag schwimmen gegangen. Auch das Frühstück und der Grillabend waren sehr lecker. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Nick: Er war immer gut gelaunt, herzlich, humorvoll und hat praktisch jeden Wunsch der Gäste erfüllt. Ein wirklich toller Service!

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts, was uns wirklich gestört hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Персонал, море, еда очень вкусная, особенно завтрак на высоком уровне.
Даже не выходя с отеля можно провести время на славу и снорклинг прямо на пляже отеля, даже лучше чем на других пляжах.
Нику спасибо отдельное за хорошее отношение и помощь во всем что мы нуждались, и особенно помощь в переводе с английского, он им владеет безупречно! 5 баллов Ник, спасибо что ты там был с нами. Тоан прекрасный человек, готовил вкусный шашлык и помогал мне тоже с переводом на вьетнамский, так как он говорит по русски это большой плюс!
Есть еще одна красивая девушка которая говорит по французски, ей тоже отдельное спасибо, было легко так как мы сами из Франции.
Водитель который нас отвозил 4 августа утром в аэропорт тоже высшего уровня, спасибо ему большое!
Надеюсь начальство оценит своих работников, так как благодаря им нам было приятно находится там.

Cons:

Скользкая плитка на улице и ступеньках, можно убиться или покалечиться, особенно в дождь. Надеюсь это примут во внимание.
Двери на балкон без помощи мужа и сына мне открыть было невозможно.
И душ...вода стоит кругом когда принимаешь душ, потом не приятно когда лужа стоит и невозможно нормально сходить в ванную комнату.
Ну и конечно большая влажность в комнате и плохой запах дивана и шкафа из за сырости. Мебель и столовая на первом этаже тоже грязные и хотелось бы чтобы персонал уделил больше внимания чистоте.

Pros:

Prachtige plek! Mooi zwembad, je kan zelf snorkelen bij het aanliggende strand. Dit vonden wij heel erg leuk.
Nick is een fantastische gastheer die alles voor je regelt en heel attent is.
We hebben het hier heel fijn gehad.

Cons:

Het gebouw en er omheen heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud.

I had a great stay, the Hotel is set in a quiet private beach area, lovely for a good rest. Wonderful buffet breakfast.
