Will definitely stay again due to location

Location is the best one . It is 2 min walk from albertina , across the Austrian national library

Cons:

The air conditioner is not working well . We stayed for 3 nights , and the last night it was not working at all . There was a stand fan in the room so we ended up using it every tine . Second , the bathroom was not that clean , when we arrived there were hairs on the sink and the commode , ended up cleaning them .
3rd , the bottom cabinets are broken .
Hard to locate the property when we first arrived .

Posizione eccezionale. Davanti la biblioteca nazionale e a pochi passi dall' hoffburg...non so se si scrive cosi'. Insomma posizione top...ti affacci dalla finestra e vedi la biblioteca nazionale. Comunque ci siamo mossi quasi sempre a piedi. Palazzo elegante . Arredamento molto moderno e nuovo. Letti ok. Bella tv grande

Niente colazione all'interno. Consiglio di andare nel vicino starbucks per non spendere una fortuna nelle numerose ma esose pasticcerie della zona. Bagno con scaldabagno....noi siamo in quattro, io ero l'ultimo e l' acqua era abbastanza freschina.....fastidioso.

Room is nice, Location is superb. Excellent staff. But don't rely on the elevator.
Pros:

Air-conditioner. Cleanliness was the top tier. The staff even showed us the dustless filter inside the air-conditioner, which they clean regularly. Its location is very convenient too. There are several different alleys you can walk through to reach Stephen square.

Cons:

The signage says the hotel is on the 2nd floor, but it is technically on the 4th floor and above and the elevator broke down several times during our 2 night stays, especially during the time for checking-in and checking-out. Several guests had to walk the stairs with the baggage.

Fantastic central location!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable.
Fantastic central location to explore the city centre and it was easy to get to it from airport by public transport. We would stay again - thank you :)

Pros:

I enjoyed the whole experience. It was clean, comfortable, close to all the site seeing and public transportation. It exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Everything was great. I have no complaints. I'm planning to stay at the property in the future. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and cleanliness.
