Sajnos a lift egy napig nem működött és a szállás a második emeleten van,így a nehéz bőröndöket fel kellett cipelni.

It is hard to find and tight to other rooms so could be noisy if other guests are noisy. We did not experience that though.

You have been warned!
Cons:

The electronic keybopard at the entrance of Room #214 has a faulty '0'. We tried to enter the correct code, but the '0' wont work - eventually it locked us out. Called their WhatsApp number (reception was unmanned at 5:15pm and they were supposed to be there till 6pm), and the manager yelled at us saying that we were stupid not to have dialed the correct code. My wife was furious, but we kept calm since he remotely opened the door. The room was a boiling cauldron because the A/C was not working. Called the WhatsApp number again, and the guy didn't pick up this time - told us to take picture of the A/C unit and send it to him. Did so. 1 hour goes by, nothing. Called again - wouldn't pick up. It was then that we realized that he wasn't going to do anything about it. Then I wrote a chat message to Booking.com through which we had booked, and then the manager called us back, yelled and abused us some more for daring to complain about that to Booking.com, and said that he was sending an electrician to look at it. Thank god! We went out for dinner and then around 7:30pm he said that the problem was solved - it was a fuse gone out. We thought everything is going to be ok. Then we wake up the next morning, and the manager sent us a WhatsApp message telling us that they don't need clients like us and he would like us to leave the apartment. I didn't respond because I was with my family (3 kids) and didn't want to escalate. Then the next day while we were resting in bed, a man and a woman walked into our room, saw us, and before we could get out of our stunned state and ask them anything, they walked out. We didn't feel safe again after that! I am sure they will respond with whatever they need to write in their defense, but I have taken time out of my vacation to write this review because I went through a lot at this place with my family, and do not want others to experience the same.

Fabulous accommodation with fantastic staff. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous staff!!!!! Could not do enough for you. Great room with everything you needed. Absolutely top location right in the heart of the city and with very ease walking distance of most of the inner city attractions. ‘Don’t miss the lift’ on the right hand side as you walk in the main ground floor entrance!!! We did and had a good workout up the steps with our luggage but no big deal

Nothing!!! Perfect stay with fabulous staff.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

It was so cool to come in and have to go through several doors and locks to make it up to the rooms. Very European;) The room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. They had cool ceiling lights and a wonderful view of the national library right from our window. A nice touch w welcome chocolate and champagne.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda. Tenia heladera, microondas y pava eléctrica.

Cons:

No tenían registrado el pago, que lo había hecho cuando reserve el hotel. Me cobraron otra vez cuando llegue. Tuve que buscar el primer pago que realice con la tarjeta y ahi me devolvieron el segundo pago. Pero si no encontraba el comprobante del primer pago iba a pagar dos veces. Eso no me gusto nada.

El alojamiento es perfecto, céntrico, en medio de todo y muy bonito. Las camas muy cómodas y con regalos de cortesía como chocolates o champan. Nos gusto mucho.
