Not real happy
Pros:

The only thing that saved a bad experience staying at Century hotel was Sunny. She was amazing and helped us out with so much and made our stay that bit more enjoyable.

Cons:

The beds were like they were the base of a bed and removed the mattresses, the fridge did not keep anything cold. the air conditioner was full of mould and the shower leaked.
After raising all these issues the shower was fixed and that was it.
The hotel needs a bit of work and staff need to be a bit more attentive.
Sunny was the only exception.

Pros:

wc rất bí, ko thoát mùi khiến phòng toàn mùi wc. Phòng ngủ cũng rất bí, ko có cửa sổ để không khí lưu thông. Nhân viên hẹn lên dọn dẹp nhưng cũng không đến dọn. Ở 3 đêm nhưng chỉ dọn phòng có 2 đêm. Đồ dùng như lược, xà phòng...không có. Đèn trên bể bơi buổi tối (lúc 18.30' chưa đóng cửa bể bơi) không có, khiến di chuyển rất nguy hiểm.

Cons:

Chắc khách sạn cần nâng cấp tổng thể.

Pros:

Địa điểm chưa phải trung tâm lắm, nhưng cũng rất tuyệt rồi, đi có vài phút là tới biển. Thích nhất là gần nhà hàng ăn hải sản Mộc, gần nhà thuốc, gần các nhà hàng cơm niêu ngon bổ rẻ . Nói chung tôi sẽ muốn quay lại

Các món buffet sáng hơi ít, giá thêm được 1-2 món nữa thì tuyệt

Pros:

The view from my window was excellent, breakfast was wow.... catering staff was excellent.. they prepared order nicelly and gave us good suggestions, my family enjoyed... Location was awesome 2 mins from the beach.

Uien en recepción, maravillosa! Todo el personal estupendo!
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación cerca de la playa y el puente del Dragón. El personal fantástico, especialmente Uien, q nos ayudó con una reserva. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy bien: cogimos superior con “balcón”; faltaría caja fuerte.

Cons:

Desayuno pobre. Es una pena q tengan la piscina en lo alto del edifico tan descuidada; también mejoraría la decoración y detalles de la zona de recepción y entrada.

Loved it. Great location. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, Dragon Bridge, Markets.
Pros:

Authentic Vietnamese breakfast - omelet every morning was delicious. Pho was very popular in our group too. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.
