Lugar sucio, inseguro y con pésimo servicio

Nada, la experiencia fue muy mala desde mi llegada.

Cons:

El alojamiento estaba muy sucio, con demasiada bulla y un ambiente poco seguro. Al llegar no había nadie para recibirme ni ayudarme con el check-in. El servicio fue pésimo y la atención inexistente. El lugar no está en condiciones adecuadas para recibir huéspedes y no se parece a lo que muestran en las fotos. Por esa razón decidí no quedarme.

Cons:

Lamentablemente tiene un ruido terrible para dormir por culpa de las motos y coches que pasan por la calle donde se situa el hostal. Existen dos habitaciones con menos ruido, pero la de la entrada a la derecha es imposible dormir. La encargada y el gerente fue comprensivo cuando le dije que queria anular la reserva para los dias posteriores.

Aparte de las instalaciones sucias y 3 de cucarachas, lo peor fue que me robaron de mi habitación, el personal que tiene acceso a unas llaves secundaria se metió y robaron todas nuestras cosas de valor, dinero en efectivo, joyas y artículos de camara y video. Se supones que tú alquilas y dejas tus cosas para estar seguro, cómo puede ser posible que se metan y saquen de entre tus pertenecías todo lo de valor y les reclamas y dicen que tú lo has perdido cuando sabes perfectamente que lo dejaste ahi
