ביקשנו לאכול את ארוחת הבוקר לפני השעה בה נפתח חדר האוכל - מנהל המלון דאג להביא לנו אותה לחדר ערב קודם בעצמו .

Pros:

Entgegen anderer Bewertungen fanden wir das Frühstück sensationell. Es gab eine große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen wie z. B. Zucchini- und Pilzquiche, gebratenes Gemüse, Rucola-Mozarella-Salat.... Sehr köstlich.
Frühstücken auf der Dachterasse war sehr schön. Großes Zimmer mit Balkon war auch sehr angenehm. Die Rezeptionisten waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kommunikation via booking.com und Newel per Mail funktioniert nicht. Ich habe vier Nachrichten bekommen, mit netten Worten und der Aufforderung sich zu melden, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Leider wurden meine Anfragen aber nie beantwortet.

Pros:

Le photos donnaient une impression de moderne et neuf. Ça devait effectivement être le cas à une époque.

Cons:

Le logement est dans un état général un peu sale même si les draps étaient propres. Le fauteuil et les chaises de la cuisine avaient d'énormes taches incustrees qui donnaient pas envie de s'asseoir. Le balcon était inutilisable. Au prix payé (quasi 190 euros pour la nuit) on s'attend à un niveau supérieur que ce soit la qualité ou l'accueil.

Cons:

Impersonal. No personnel at all, not even in the roof bar/ restaurant. Very late response regarding early check in requests Liz Shower fixture was broken.
