The room size was very nice also the room itself
This is NOT a 5-star hotel and booking advertising as such is misleading their customers. There’s no one there when you arrive, feels like a hostel. To add insult to injury, my room had hundreds of ants, they were everywhere on the floor. Had to place my luggage on the table cause I was afraid they’ll get in my clothes. Also going to sleep surrounded by so many antes is very disturbing.

The aircon was great
I will give two stars because that is the real value that the hotel has - no 5 stars.
First, you can hear everything in the room - when somebody next to you flushes the toilet when a baby cries etc but this is even worse when you have room 001 next to the reception, you hear all the people coming to the hotel. So all in all I did not have calm sleep.
Secondly, the bed, a pure catastrophy. The bedding and sheets are old, so once you come into bed all your body scratches. I hope I did not catch bed bugs but let’s see in few days.
Thirdly, this hotel has nothing to do with psychiko and 5 stars, it’s 10 mins uphill in an area where are no normal pavements. So if you have a big luggage I would avoid this hotel.
Fourth, the breakfast, the personnel barely tells you hi and the coffee is pure catastrophe.
The price you pay for this is a scam.
I will never come back I paid more than 100€ for a night next to the reception with no sleep.
stylisches, kleines ruhiges Hotel in einer Seitenstraße, super Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, großes Zimmer. Das Hotel ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Metrolinie, die vom/zum Flughafen fährt sowie ins Zentrum.

Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά προσεγμένα η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατη είχε τις παροχές που ζητούσα και σε πολύ καλή τιμή τότε που το έκλεισα οπότε 10/10 !

The general location of the property is good.
In a small street. Nowhere to park. Nowhere to even stop. I asked about parking and my question was ignored. The neighborhood is impossible for parking.
The property itself has potential but is not well maintained. Room was not properly cleaned. Sofa had stains and there smears of something on the wall. Bed sagged and creaked.
