Tranquil and convenient. We love it
Pros:

We love the location of the hotel with views directly to the port and sea. It was our third time here and we love it because of how convenient the location is. There's a great community in the area with plenty to do. The shops offer a wide variety of things, and there's a new shopping centre for further convenience. There's a new swimming pool which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. The football stadium is very near as well, which anyone can go and play on when NSI don't have a match. The lake is next to this, and it's fair to say that this is why we love to keep returning given the tranquillity and spectacular views you get from walking around.

In terms of the hotel, it's more basic but it's perfect for a stay outside of the capital. The rooms are spacious with lovely views. The hotel offers a small menu of food which is good but there's a number of good/great restaurants within walking distance. Etika and Rist are our picks. The hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and the French toast with carrot and cinnamon is very addictive and another reason we like to keep returning. The staff are nice and very helpful too.

Cons:

Disappointing experience. We reserved a twin room, but received a double bed instead. The staff offered no explanation, and since the hotel was full, they couldn't relocate us. I travel regularly, and this level of customer service falls far below standard expectations.

Excellent petit déjeuner, grande chambre malheureusement sans chauffage ni eau chaude.
Pros:

Hôtel très propreté bien localsié et calme. Les espaces sont grands aussi bien au niveau de la chambre que de la salle de petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Le chauffage est tombé en panne durant la nuit et il faisait donc très froid dans la chambre au petit matin. L'eau de la salle de douche était par conséquence très froide aussi car liée au système de chauffage. Difficile de prendre une douche avec une eau à 10°. Il ce peut que certains aiment cela mais je préfère le confort d'une douche tempérée.
C'est en effet un problème qui peut subvenir partout et à tout moment et c'est donc compréhensible qu'il s'agit d'un accident isolé.
Ce qui est moins compréhensible est la réaction du personnel.
Le personnel n'a pas communiqué concernant cet incident alors qu'il en avait la possibilité au petit déjeuner ou alors lors du paiement à la réception au moment du check-out. J'ai évoqué ce problème à la réception et la personne a fein de ne pas comprendre. En insistant, cette personne m'a simplement dit que c'était réparé. Il était 11h et c'était aussi l'heure du check-out. Pas d'excuse, pas de dispositions spécifiques prise pour contrer ce problème comme par exemple prolonger l'heure du départ pour prendre un douche tempérée. J'ai donc trouvé le personnel ce jour là froid comme la température de la chambre au petit matin ainsi que peu communicatif.

Pros:

Pěkný hotel, s parkováním a výbornou snídani. Líbil se nám výtah, který sám otevíral dveře a vyhřívaná podlaha v koupelně.
V budově je i restaurace, nabídka jídel je menší, ale vybrali jsme si.

Cons:

We requested twin beds during booking but received no reply from the hotel. We were forced to take a small queen room on arrival. The room is cramped and the elevators are extremely slow. Overpriced and terrible experience.

Pros:

Sentralt på Færøyene. Rolig og fredelig.

Cons:

Stusselig frokost og lite variert, jalla heis, ventilasjon fungerte ikke, varmt på rommet, Manglende og lite rengjøring, måtte spør om dette. En del trafikkstøy på morgenen. Lytt ut til gangen.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer und der Mitarbeiterinnen.
Alle sehr hilfsbereit, sehr persönlich. Tolles Frühstück!

Cons:

Leider gibt es nur noch die Lounge und kein Restaurant mehr wie noch vor 4 Jahren.
Ein Zugang zu gekühlten Getränken nach 22 Uhr wäre schön.

Udany pobyt, spokojny hotel.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania różnych wysp. Miasteczko spokojne, czyste, blisko bardzo fajny rezerwat przyrody, o którym nie ma w przewodnikach - bardzo urokliwe miejsce, bardzo polecam się tam wybrać.
Hotel czysty, spokojny. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadania zadowalające. Parking przed hotelem, nie za duży, ale zawsze było miejsce (poza tym mają jakieś dodatkowe miejsca trochę dalej - ale nie musieliśmy korzystać).
