Fare hospitality di levello non è un mestiere che si improvvisa
Pros:

Staff incredibile, preciso, professionale e attento alle lacune della proprietà.

Cons:

La proprietà deve investire sulla struttura.
Non è un 5 stelle. Le camere sono brutte.
Staff pazzesco ma insufficiente. Hanno fatto davvero di tutto per colmare mancanze oggettive mortificandosi per questioni che esulavano dalla loro competenza/ responsabilità.

Pros:

Localização excelente, muito perto da estação de trem e da praia. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã diferenciado e espetacular.

Pros:

The location is good, it's very close to the beach and the walk is flat, there's also a paid parking in front of it. The staff are nice and friendly.

Cons:

It's not a 5 stars hotel, the rooms are modern but tired, need some refurbishment and care. The breakfast needs more options; eggs, pancakes not to be extra charge. The complementary water is not replenished it's just 1small bottle of nature water and 1 sparkling for the whole stay. The hotel parking is €50 per day while if you park outside it's €25.
