Очень приятный номер. Супер чисто, убирались каждый день. Цена в сравнении с другими отелями в Камольи отличная. Удобное расположение, особенно если едете на поезде. Завтрак потрясающий! Я осталась очень довольна!

A false 5 stars hotel.
Pros:

Great personal that wanted to do their best.

Cons:

We firstly got a room with visible reparations on a large portion of a wall, stained carpet, damaged wall. We’ve been moved to another room the following day, but that should never happened to a pretended 5 stars hotel in the first place.
The hallways and lifts were perfect saunas. We felt sorry for the personal that have to work there.
Breakfast had nothing to do with a 5 stars establishment either. There have been not a single change in the menu during our 4 days stay. The juices were bought, nothing fresh. If you wanted French toast it costs 10 EUR extra, pancakes 10 EUR extra, omelette 12 EUR extra etc.
Complementary water only the first day. I propose the management to make the rooms 402 EUR per night and include the water.
I have the same proposal for the parking fee; so many people already reacted to this, but the management keep trying to motivate 50 EUR per day. But you can’t motivate greed and that is why people are reacting. You should really pay attention to what your customers are saying and improve! Or not.
In conclusion, as many others already said, definitely not a 5 stars hotel, with huge management problems.

Nel complesso la struttura è carina, la colazione ottima e il personale top. Ci si sente davvero coccolati.

Camere male arredate nel complesso, ma soprattutto bagno senza presa per la corrente. La presa è in camera ma li dove è collocata non c'è lo specchio, nè un ripiano / tavolino per mettere quello che serve normalmente quando si usa il phon
